Jellies
1. Strawberry Vodka jelly - jelly crystals, 1/2 pint boiling water, 1/4 pint Vodka. Works really well and goes down even better!!!
2. I've made blackcurrant, raspberry and lime vodka jellies, each with about a quarter of a pint of boiling water and half a pint of vodka. They were quite strong. (supplied by Mrs FB)
3. oh and the best way to make vodka jelly is the use the mix as you posted (that's number 1 on this list
) but add half a carton of fresh apple juice, takes the initial wallop off it. Hope that helps. (thanx teachme 
)The following jellies were made with jelly crystals, 1/2 pint of boiling water then served into small glasses as follows.....1 shot glass of alcohol and 1 shot glass of jelly...........
a. Blackcurrant jelly and malibu - I know it sounds like a strsange combo but it really is quite nice.............................more!!!
b. Orange jelly and gin - I knew this was a bad idea as I don't like gin
............gip!!c. Lemon & lime jelly and amaretto - I didn't know how the amaretto would work but it's quite nice with the lemon and lime..............................more
d. Blackcurrant jelly and amaretto - RD said it would have been better with 1/4 amaretto n 3/4 jelly but nice all the same..............................more!!!
e. Jelly and vodka - OK, we all know this combo works, it's just a case of which flavour you prefer!!
f. Orange jelly and malibu - well I love malibu and like orange but the jury's still out on the two together (although the jelly has almost gone
)....................more!!g. Orange and amaretto - again, I'm undecided on this one. Perhaps a little less amaretto and it would be gorgeous..............................????......................ok, I've tried it again and it's definitely..............................MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
h. Lemon and lime jelly and malibu - definitely an 'interesting combi..............but definitely..................MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i. Orange jelly and bacardi - eeewwwww!!! This one is definitely NOT for me..........gip!!!!
j. Lemon and kime jelly and bacardi - eeeeewwwww to this one too - must be the bacardi - not a huge fan of bacardi tho so........................gip!
k. Lemon and lime jelly and gin - hmmmm, well I don't really like gin but as I'm far from a 'no' person, I thought I'd try it and......................well, it's neither a gip nor a more...I'll leave this one for you to try yourselves
Cocktails
1. Godfather - equal amounts of JD and Amaretto with coke as desired hmmmmmmmmmmmm!!
2. Blackjack - equal amounts of JD and black sambuka with coke as desired - be careful with this one!
3. Black Russian - 1 shot vodka, 1 shot tia maria, coke - this one's very nice
4. Chi Chi - Vokda, coconut cream and pineapple juice. (courtesy of Sassy-seren
)5. Pour a bottle of malibu into a ice bucket add 4 litres of milk add ice
