Well you could try sucking a smint prior to giving oral sex it has a very nice effect on a woman, have not had it done to me so can't comment on that.

Sorry to burst your bubble people but using ice internally is highly dangerous for two reasons:
1) ice is not smooth, despite appearances, and can cause cuts and promote infections
2) ice used internally can bring your core temperature down and cause death.
