Our suggestion would be, if the vibe is that everyone seems to get on, which was the orginal propostion stated then start playing with your own partner.
By this we don't mean rip their clothes of and start shagging in front of the guests/hosts, just give them a long super kiss and stroke each other, that kind of thing, if the others follow suit then you will all be naked pretty soon after that and gradually things will take their course.
