Little Britain springs to mind.........
Being in love and kids.......... Oh dear oh dear, if I were young and knew not a lot I would ask the same thing.... possibly one of the biggest causes of the youth problem we all face today....
Not even going to try and explain it to you......

Think I mean it the other way....why should you want kids just because you are in love with someone?

Im 29-had kids at 23 & 26- ive now left them with thier father.
Im a crap mummy..never was at home..would rather be out than be with them.
They now live with thier Daddy and i live elsewhere, but still see them daily.
Its worked out for the best, but while i was at home..kids were unhappy as i shouted screamed and generally didnt wanna be around them,
Ive not one maternal bone in my body. I am gonna get steralised asp. Yep i should never have had kids.
Im being honest, and dont particulary wanna be shot down for this.
I totally repsect any woman for not wanting children. Not everyone can be a good parent or even would want to be.
Surely its better that the kids are happy? I hear people say they are 'staying together for the sake of the children'. But if that creates a shitty atmosphere and permenant unhappiness all round, its better to think of another way. There is an automatic assumption that if there is a split, the kids go with the mum, which isn't always the best for them. A good freind of mine is a single dad looking after 4 kids.
This is me speaking from a great deal of experience obviously rolleyes
thanks for the honesty, appreciated.

She was being honest, better she left the kids where they were better off than make their and her life a misery (possibly) if she stayed. Makes sense to me.

No need for that Mr Tweeky
Sammi well done on being honest. I know a couple where he has the children 4/5 days a week, the Grandparents sometimes have them the other 2 days or their Mum.
The kids are well rounded and happy. So good for you for doing what you think is right

Makes sense to you and far to many other people it seems. KIds = hard work and less nights out, anyone should be able to figure that out before giving birth.

I have, for the record, three kids so not 'anti' having kids..but firmly believe that every child should be a wanted child and it is far better for kids to live with the right people than with someone who, for whatever reason, feels she (or he) is not.

Totaly agree so perhaps Sammi should have put more thought into if she wanted kids or not before getting pregnant.
Or to put it another way
I am getting sad pi$$ed of my little M screams a lot she gets on my nerves she wrecks my PS2 games. I cant get out for the night life is hard and sometimes I am very tired. Dont worry though I have the answer I will leave arrange to see M daily and register as a single on a swinging site. Problem solved.
Mr Tweeky
I have 2 kids and love em to bits, but I never thought how hard it would be, it is really hard, but is rewarding, I really think it's down to individual circumstances on how people react.
