I do love kissing. That is not to say meets without it aren't enjoyable for me, but I prefer it when it does happen.

It really is dependent upon the moment, and upon the partner(s) involved, whether or not kissing will take place. Some people prefer not to when they are having sex with someone they don't really know. Very often men don't like to kiss other men, but seem quite happy kissing a woman. I have found most don't seem to know HOW to kiss, and consequently I've been majorly disappointed and it's a bit of turn off. Also, if I don't kiss then I'm also not gonna be turned off because someone's oral hygiene is not all that. Prefer to keep my kissing to the women anyway.
