I've just been up to my local supermarket - which was packed - and I was amazed at how many women seem to wear full make-up just to nip to the shops.
Which made me wonder, do they wear it all day/ every day regardless of what they're doing?
Did they think me a slob for not bothering?
Do men really notice anyway?
Your thoughts please folks.

Hiya H-x,
Interesting of you to say about make up, wearing to the shops is a waste I feel, going out dressing up & wearing make-up is much nicer.
& more to the point is wots inside that counts.

I wear a touch of eyeliner and mascara to go to work and only add eyeshadow if I am going out for the night, perhaps a brush of bronzer but that's it.... I cant be bothered with doing the full face make up and especially not for going to the shops...
I tend to go to the local supermarket as I am...................
I only want shopping ffs lol

Me too, i get up every morning and put mascara and eye liner on regardless of whether going to work, friends or supermarket..... not for anyone to notice.. but to feel good myself that i made an effort. biggrin

Oh - absolutely ! ! !
One of my favourite flirting and letching places, and a wonderful place to play the "wudya" game; is the supermarket :bounce:
Even to the point where I've even been known to bypass the local shop and drive the 4 or 5 miles to the nearest Tesco redface

Forgot to add one had a nice pair of slingback shoes on ..... mmm
Girls ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Bluuuuuddy well get dressed and make the effort when shopping ! ! ! !
Particularly in this weather.
A nice short skirt. Maybe one of those skirt length sarong thingy, or those "wrap around things" Or even a long, flowing cheese clothe/cotton linen type. You know, the one we can almost see through when the bright light of the upright freezers are behind you.
A skimpy little top. Baggy or clingy. Either is good, as long as there's plenty of clee varge to be seen and appreciated.
Remember to lean nicely as you reach down into the chest freezer to get your petit poise, and to "ham it up" when reaching for the brown sauce from the top shelf. Going up onto your tippy toes whether it's strictly necessary are not. It shows your ankles, calves and thighs off to the very best.
Not forgetting of course, when choosing your vegetables and soft fruits, to squeeze them seductively. Almost porno-like.
well i cant say that ive ever been affected in the way some of the guys above have........
i prefer make-up that isnt plastered on with a trowel in any event..... i prefer natural tan colours as opposed to the woman who looks like she's half human, half "wotsit"...........
most of the time i admit im focused on their breasts anyway.................

lol
I'm not saying i prefer made up over non made up as the ladies i mentioned above were also very well dressed for the whole effect lotts of cleavage and nice clothes. Given the chance i'd probably find them more attractive when they have just gotten out of bed.

That's normally why I have no make up on :lol2:
i very rearly wear make up, even if i go out i just put some of that 2 in 1 face cream/powder stuff and a bit of eye liner on (spot cover up if needed lol), personally i don't like women who wear lots of make up and think the natural look is much better biggrin

Asda ?????????????
Eeeeeeuuuuw - NO ! ! ! ! !
Not that I take much notice, but . . . . . redface
Tesco close at 10 pm on Saturdays wink
Cripes! Is it Saturday already?
Make up??
I think I own two lippies......thats it!
Although I rarely go far without a bit of lipppie on- possibly coz I've been told by a few guys that my lips are very kissable. But as for the rest? Nah, if I try I look like acircus clown.
However, thats not to say I dont make the effort when off out. In fact, since losing a lot of weight all the clothes I've bought have been to show off something. The other day I had a bit of a "turn" AKA a hissy fit at being gawped at all the time. (Yes, I do know its my own fault- you dont display the goods & not expect people to look- it was just an out of character stroppy moment) So I went home to find a top to put on that was neither tight or low cut.
I dont own one
redface
I wear make up when I go out of an evening and most times if I am out during the day, even if it is just a little bit.
I will and do go out without it though, its not something I haveto wear to leave home.
I wore make up to go out earlier this evening but its missing now dunno
I never wear make up on a day to day basis, I only ever wear it when I'm off out to a munch/social/meal.
It's not that I don't like wearing it, or that I can't be bothered, I just like to look different when I do go out.

 same here, day to day I dont go out without eyeliner/ mascara but usually little else unless i'm particularly making an effort
which is also why usually for a munch or vanilla night out etc, i tend to 'put my face on' - because i like to make the effort and look a bit different to how i do everyday when it really doesnt matter whether i look like shite or not lol
OMG no good me wearing make up to the local supermarket it's as much as i can do to try to remember what i am going for redface
as for day to day i prefere to wear it for occasions and going out at night
i feel it has more effect that way than if i wear it all the time lol
also i feel there is something false about women who wear huge amounts of make up all the time r they hiding something confused: :?: :?: :?: :?:
chestyxx sillyhwoar:
of course we notice
thats what men do
notice ladies rolleyes

Bollocks.
This is what happens if you go down the local supermarket looking all foxy. Allegedly!

Personally I prefer women without makeup or with just a little, some eyeliner maybe. Just a personel preference, but women are naturally beautiful in my eyes so ..if it ain't broke don't fix it.
