Hi everyone,
I am constantly amazed at how many youngest there are trying to get into swinging and then demanding to meet young hip swingers. I am sorry if that sounds ageist but I can only talk from experience's I have had recently.
In one chat room I watch as a discussion broke out demanding that a national and very popular swingers club only allowed in people up to the age of 35.
I have been swinging on & off for almost 30 yrs, and have meet some wonderful people of all ages. But! Hand on heart I have always found that mature swingers are more relaxed at ease and more comfortable in swinging situations. Perhaps the easiest way to explain this is to say. Younger people have more egos.
Apologise if this offends anyone and I do truly mean that.
I am friends with several swingers who are well past their mid 50's and a few people who are into their 60's.
So my question for this forum is. How many more mature swingers are there out there and should we start a regular mature swingers get together.
Bluetone
A concept dear to my heart.
In our 40s, 50, 60s, 70s, at a time when we were supposed to be pipe and slippers instead we're feeling sexy and experimental!
And why not??!!
Bring it on I say!
(Waits hopefully..)
wink
I think if you do a quick check on the average age of the members of this site, you get in the mid fourties.
I'm sure the 20 somethings and other ages are in the minority but that may change over the years, well it will do cos, they will get older and then they will soon be in their fourties and moaning about the young whippersnappers wink
We tend to agree, we are mature (50's) swingers and have met all ages although it does appear the more mature are more relaxed and confident. We are now used to comments at clubs like "there are only oldies in there" when in the jacuzzi etc, or "where are all the young ones"?
However, we enjoy ourselves and like to think we bring joy to others, as some of the young men we meet keep telling me.

S'awright - you only have to have continental fer the brie or camembert. P'raps some melted and drizzled on a croisaant would do??
