This has been done to death, if you have visited the forum during the last four months and read the posts then you would know, but I suspect you already know so I'd have to say that in spirit a welcome member is someone that participates with the ethos and spirit of SH, with regard to the technicalities of gaining full membership after December 2005 thats pretty easy to find out as posted above.
