It mostly seems to be women with this problem, guys can be walking down the street in their work clothes, beer belly hanging out and still think they are sexy....... rolleyes

Thats because women are proud creatures and care about how they present themsleves. Most blokes think they are 'gods gift' and dont give a toss
I'm trying to keep me midlife crisis going fer as long as I can.
It's an absolute blast!!

I suppose some do, but I've got a youngen woman & a daughter that are hell bent from letting me become a slob. cool
Turning 40 was fabulous for me, had a great big huge party (and I hate parties normally) and had a fantastically great year.
Now that it's a few years later and I'm heading downhill life is still interesting and challenging and joyful despite the ups and downs which are thrown around.
Going downhill hurts the knees though....
lol

Also just turned 40, and made all these decisions about how I am now going to just get out there and enjoy myself, have fun (naughty or otherwise) as I want to, and sod to worrying about what others think of me. In other words, I was going to be a proper swinger lol

I'm almost 40 and that is exactly what I am trying to do :rascal:
Along with my tattoo that I am searching for now
I'm 40 in June & I too have just got a tat done Dawnie.
I also want to do some sky diving
sky-dive. Yes please
nothing to do with midlife etc I think.. always fancied it, in fact, I was going to a good few years ago... though couldn't at the time stay drink-free long enough to train and jump... blast.
also: Bungee!
anyone?

have no fear, it should be fine for your average person... maybe a day/moring of training, and then the day of the jump itsself... but don't take that as gospel.
I was a maintenance-drinking drunk at the time... and the instructors Im sure wouldnt have understood that I'd have been in a damned worse state, and a site more dangerous without the drink than with... hehe

This year I'll be 40 yeah the big 4&0. So I've decided I'm gonna get my bike licence. Already bought myself a nice FZR600 got the course & test booked for next month.
So I was wondering what other ppl have done, i.e the convertable car is like no good for me I live in the cold wet
So what ya gonna do for yours? confused

Well mr dd 50 this year and im 40 lol and we gettin married!!!!!!!!! but no one knows...its a secret redface except you bunch of perves :P we hopin to drag 2 witnesses off the street when the time arrives!!!!!!!!!! rolleyes
Can you go dogging in a light aircraft ?
Mrs Lost always fancied a sky-dive. but im not sure if thats a reason to go explore the 'cockpit' (groan) but weirdly she did mention the other day about mixing the mile high with a sky dive....Simple i would of thought BJ the pilot while his Mrs is in the plane and get caught lol Then run and jump.

Congrats on your CBT
Im 38 this year and i have also just passed the CBT part a few weeks ago.
I have a GPZ 500 awaiting my DAS pass (touch wood) and have got mtself a CBR125 to get the miles between weekend lessons untill the test.
I have also in the last few years learnt some guitar and intend to go for a truck driving license.
This is less a mid life crisis for me more having and illness in wich i needed an op for two years ago. Once i got through the op i made the decision i was going to make the most of my time. I even joined up on SH lol
