That would apply to anything with sugars in. Which covers all of the suggestions in this thread I would think. Used externally I guess the product can be washed off before the organisms start feeding off it.

I love Green & Black's organic 70% cocoa dark chocolate. Lovely!
At the moment though, I'm on the large Nestle bars which are on offer at 75p. I have recently been on 1 a night.... Not that I'm a fat greedy bastard you understand.....

on the matter of the subject, we tried it a few years back. However i was a bit over excited with the (squeezy) chocolate, it was fun for the first few licks but then i didnt feel like chocolate anymore and started feelin a bit sick. Did enjoy watching the missus lick it off herself though.

ohhh, well. firstly my gyno is a woman. Secondly, I've been going to one since I was 12 and in the States girls go once a year or more, so I'm just not shy anymore...
