... good for the bowel?
lp
Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol. This song makes me go all goose bumby
The Man in Me by Rory Mcleod when Minx and I are apart.
"Songbird" by Eva Cassidy and also "Fields of gold" by her also.. Apart from the emotion in the words the very fact that such a fantastic talent was taken so young gets to me too
Minxie xx
The song that i would say really moves me is Eric Clapton's Tears in Heaven. Makes me cry everytime i hear it. The words are beautiful.
Also, would have to agree with Minx, Eva Cassidy Songbird, and fields of gold.. Two beautiful songs. I even have put the link to them on my facebook page! :-)

I have to agree that Eva Cassidy was a fantastic talent but these are both cover versions. Songbird is originally a Fleetwood Mac track written by Christine McVie and Fields of Gold is a Sting track. The originals are pretty good too.

Whatever you did, do it more often
this one has always moved me....
Like this because it means something to me,

And this because I think Rachel Morrison is beautiful and has a great voice (the song, in fact the whole album loveprayer was written after her mother died, which I think makes the lyrics more poignant)
And how could I forget these two?

Handbags and Gladrags Is another one for me. Got a few versions but The Stereophonics does it for me for a personal reason.

Oh gosh yes; Kelly Jones' voice is just incredible on that track.
Without doubt will move me tomorrow when its sung by someone very dear to my heart..
