Looks like the southern gang is teaming up. As a confirmed southerner I have to say there is no difference between north and south.
But......................you all talk funny up North.
A more interesting comparison would be are Yorkshire peeps sexier than Lancashire peeps. As a southerner I have to say i personally cant tell the difference between the two. (I refer you to my previous comment)

Speedo :duel: as a born and bred northern I can say that my experiences of southerns has not been fun
however I will not become my parents (god forbid) and tar everyone down there with the same brush as up here there as just as many biggoted,rude people as well.

Although Im sadly a terminal case of Insular Londoner (feel closer to home in Marbella than in Leeds) I have travelled this fair land far and wide over the years .
Ive spent hours toling at the anvil of the gold medallion blacksmiths in East London , grafted knee deep in strawberries in the Jam Butty mines of Wigan, sweated blood for a year or so knitting matching cloth cap and whippet sets in the mills of the black country and burned my fair skin deep frying mars bars in the dark Satanic chip shops of Glasgow.
If we want to we can stereotype , and in truth alot of stereotypes like old wives tales have an element of truth - there are many common traits in certain areas which may be unpleasant , but equally there are many nice traits that go with em . The world is full of assholes and proper folks as well and I have to admit London , like the Midlands ,has its share of both .
I have found that the most fabulous lover I have experienced comes from Canada ( im not sure if its North or South and anyway its so fuckin big direction seems irrelevant) so I get to bow gracefully from the discussion having given sage advise - where she came from doesnt matter as long as shes here now :-)
