need to know the output voltage as well, plug size that fits in laptop, then it be easy to get a generic adaptor from some where like cpc

Should be, it's the correct part number. Your laptop is probably a re-badged Mitac.

back to laptops though, my son has a Tiny laptop and his power adapter had broke so bought a cheaper version off a site but it didnt fit right and has burnt out, I have been on the Tiny website and they have been taken over by another company and dont do adapters for it!!!!

Might sound obvious, but did you try changing the fuse in the original unit?
If it is gone then, as posted above, you need to find the output voltage and current as well as the connector. If you're not sure see if you can take a clear picture of the spec label on the case and the connector (you need to measure too)
