Oh and I seen a great recipie by Delia Smith last weekend ( i usually hate her but this one was good!) for pancake cannelloni she done a vegetarian one with spinach reicotta cheese mozzarella cheese and parmesam and a meat one with lamb, beef and chicken liver bolignaise (if thats how you spell it!) Sounded great am gonna try them both sometime!

Does everyone use pancake mix? What do you add to the dry mixture? Eggs and milk?
Pancake mix is flour, eggs and milk So you're paying well over the odds for flour that you add milk and eggs to :!:
I like mine with golden syrup but my kids like them with orange segments (fresh oranges, segmented using a knife).
My mum likes hers with gravy on.
