You're not the first person to ram his foot in his mouth here and you certainly won't be the last. I do think that you may be better actually talking to your wife, rather than slagging her off on a public forum though. I know that it can be scary to say what you're thinking sometimes and honesty isn't the best policy in all situations, but in a relationship it's crucial. I'm speaking here as somone who has kept things from my partner (my visiting this site) and who's come through it together.
I think you both have to be happy with each other and if you're not then you're just going through the motions and not living.
