Promotion for the Sarge...............

Weve been having a chat about the Sarge and think he deserves a promotion for all his efforts in breaking the record worship

(not forgetting WBB and denise)
So we think he should be promoted to General (with a nice new uniform,naturally!)
Question is should he stay Bilko or should he change it for his new position???????

I am sure that there are some ex military types hereabouts that might query such a jump, I mean Sgt to General is on a par with idi Amin, and even those that might think Sarge is a jumped up little man U supporter would think hey he is a good guy but not that good, and certainly not like Idi!!!!!
The thing I like about Sarge is that he knows his place, he loves his car pool, he is always out for a quick buck and sometimes he gets it... this last monday was a case in point
Clare much as I comprehend the sentiment I suspect that Srge will forever remain sarge.
anyway before General he would have to go through captain and major and maybe other ranks
Sarge be yourself.
your achievement is much appreciated and recognised but to promote you would be to destroy you

:karaoke: I believe the Sarge deserves some recognition, but a full jump in rank! Perhaps he just needs a bit of recognition for his achievements and a big up from all his adoring fans.
