It has happended to us
We only became aware of it when we typed 'surreycouple2003' into google.
This came up in the results

We have not signed up with this site.
Obviously it would appear that our detail's have been lifted from swinging heaven.
However if they want to give us free adverts thats up to them!

There site is full of fake adverts, I looked quickly and found a number of adverts that were from this site, many taken on the same day ours was.
Who is going to go and use a site where an e-mail will not reach the people you are trying to send it to and you have to pay per min to leave a phone massage that will never be answered as the other people don’t even know they have an advert there.

It is not a dodgy add but a dodgy web site that is copying ads of this web site and putting them on theirs, and then charging to leave us a message that we will never get
Just goes to show how good this site really is
But if you can deal with it and delete it I will be well impressed.

It isn't a question of losing as it isn't my intention to "compete".
I run 2 phpBB forums so know what can be done to prevent me posting again.
I still believe I am correct, but as you say there is nothing I can do about it (nor nothing to be gained by trying).
Though one thing is apparent, Jags has prevented people complaining to the source about their ads being ripped off.
