I will actually miss being in constant contact with you guys on SH - but I have another week off later in the summer so I will make up for it by being online in the forum and chatrooms 24/7, naked and tipsy!

Ok my answer to this would be - don't be a spanner!
People who pay to use the site (in my humble opinion) have more to lose by being banned - ie their cash! If you are a free member where's the motivation not to try and bend the rules like trying to hide your email address in your adverts.
As a paying member I don't need to break the rules to get what I want from this site!

I doubt that thats the case as the subscription is already banked. They will just miss out on any renewal.
Also not all the ban's are permanent.

No - if someone is deactivated at their request, then they just disappear from the members list and do not show as banned. Marks was different due to the nature of his position as previous site owner.
