To answer your question, you can't take advantage of this fact (i.e. that women get hornier before their period as there is a last chance to conceive bell ringing in their heads) simply because you won't know it is happening!
Only with a regular girlfriend can you be aware of what's happening when and make sure you are available a day or two before she is due ;)

I'm extremely horny when I'm on. My boobs get (even) bigger, they ache to be kissed and sucked (abielt gently) and my orgasms are more intense. Seems to ease my period paids too.
Only ever been with one guy who wasn't phased by periods. As long as you have a dark towel, wet wipes and shower you're fine.
Obviously a first meet whilst you are on your period might be a bit limiting because you won't be able to receive oral etc...However, this one guy I was with was actually turned on by me being on my period :shock: smile

I guess I agree with the others have already said, horny all the time!!!
But I am definitely at the peak of "Insatiablility" for four days before. I put both the Mr. and anyone/thing else ready to play on burn out. :evil2: heh heh The first two days tho, i'm a bit ill so even if I want to I don't. And as for during, is very brave boy.
