I doubt giving up smoking will help with the weight loss :-(
Im gonna lose my beer belly, cut down on drinking, get more than one meet a year :twisted:

1. Get down to my correct weight: 11.1
This will be done via running 4 nights each week.
2. Learn how to drive.
3. Become more postive about life & people.
Never make any because I can't keep them.
Im weak willed, Im not making any.
i've got loads and loads this year ... probably making up for the years of not making one
they are as follows
1 - reduce the ammoount of fatty foods (ie Take aways) that i eat, to about 1 / 2 a month
2 - get a bit fitter, if this included more shagging, then all to the beter ( so any offers of assitance, will be looked at)
3 - to be come more confiendent in myself and my abilitys.
4 - get drunk more.
In the words of Oscar Wilde "I can resist anything but temptation" so I shan't be making any promises of less beer and chocolate :-)

Well I have done pretty well the last couple of years with my resolutions so this year I would like to:
1. Get my horse up to the next level of dressage and start eventing him.
2. Cook more often....so I eat something more than toast and pizza.
3. Spend more time doing the stuff I want to do and less doing the stuff I should do!!
my resolution is to start going to the gym & get fit while loosing 2 stone :shock:
I'm going to resolve to do more stuff with my kids than i have over the past five years. This includes being more patient with them.
They have been patient in seeing me through difficult, frightening times. Best i make the most of it with them while they're still kids.
The one resolution I make every year and ever never fail, is to love the Mrs more today than i did yesterday. Though i guess that takes no effort as i couldn't prevent it anyway,
