It is with great regrest that I bring those who knew him, some very sad news. One of this site's loveliest people has sadly passed away, (Mr)Somersetcpl). He died last Thursday aged 49. Altho he hadnt been on here for almost 2 yrs, he was very popular. A great laugh, a very respectable perv (lol) and organiser of some of the best socials ever on this site, in Bristol..... To some (as he and Mrs Somers both were to me) he was a great friend who always had time for people and often went beyond the call of duty.
As you can imagine Mrs S is devastated by this and appreciates everyones thoughts at this terrible time, so if you knew him, please leave a message and I will pass them on to her.

Shocking news...our condolences to Mrs S and family...I shall immediately sell my shares in Rizzla
Tragic news.
My first social was organised by Mr & Mrs S. It was, and is still, the benchmark that all others shall be compared to. Not just for the organisation, but the extra bit that Mr & Mrs S went to so everyone had a great time.
Unfortunately I didn't get to know Mr S as well as I'd like, but I'm glad I spent 5 minutes with them both to tell them how much their efforts meant to me.
Genuinely lovely couple and my thoughts go out to Mrs S and the family.

This is very sad news indeed and puts into context the things we sometimes take for granted in life, Mr S will be remembered for his larger than life humour and the fantastic socials he organised here in Bristol which are still talked about in revered tones. He will be missed.
Sexy_Toni, can you please pass on our condolences to Mrs Somers, our thoughts are with her.
Such sad news he was such a lovely guy and will be greatly missed by all those that knew him. They looked after us both when we went to our first great social at Bristol and our thoughts are with Mrs S and family.

Some people lead the way, others just follow, Mr S showed everyone how it should be done. Thoughts are with Mrs S x
Have not seen either of them around for a while, but have very fond memories of the laughs and jokes we all had a few years ago - always a pleasure to talk to, and with a wicked sense of humour - life throws some shit sometimes, and we should take time to reflect that it really is too short, and enjoy what we have while we can - love and light to Mrs S and the family x x x
We had a lovely evening in Bristol with excellent company. Mr & Mrs Somers were there chatting the evening away outside the pub in the balmy summer weather. He and I (Mrs Dart) used to have great banter in the chatroom and he used to make me laugh out loud. It is with great sadness we've learned he's now gone to the great combine harvester in the sky. RIP Somers and god bless Mrs Somers x x x
Oh how awful that news is thoughts go out to Mrs Somers and family. What a seriously cool couple and as has been mentioned organisers of a few really good Bristol Social events. Mr Somers was really nice guy with a lovely wife it is a sad day indeed.

Condolences, sadly never spoke or met
Mrs S, we are so sorry to hear about Mr S and we are thinking of you so much and wish we could help you. He was a lovely man, whenever I spoke to him on the phone we made each other laugh over our accents, me with my northern twaddle and him with his country bumpkin tones. He was always helpful in whatever way he could be and never had a bad word to say about anyone.
Between you both you organised some wicked socials and gave a lot of people a great deal of pleasure. We feel honoured to have met such a lovely couple and hope that you can find the strength to get through the next few weeks hunnee.
All our love
