I have kept many secrets, one very big one, but mainly small ones.
In my younger life though, a very different case, I am afraid to say. The ammount of times people used to tell me something and then say, dont tell anyone, and in the end I would tell someone else! Very bad of me!
I think with age you learn that a confindence shared is a special thing, and not to betray it!

people tell me stuff all the time at work that must be kept confidential, and it is.
friends tell me stuff and i wouldnt disclose that to others.
i have a few people i tell stuff to, im quite open and honest, and my memory is terrible so i dont lie or tell tales.
