Hi guys, can anyone out there help me with a painful question? Why is it that if you get really turned on, and then dont have sex why is it that your testicles hurt like you've just been kicked? This has bothered me for ages, but i've never known who to ask. Hopefullt someone can help.

It doesn't happen to me either. A woman told me that her ex claimed this; I suggested that he was making it up to get sex. Never thought it could be true...

i have in the past suffered in the same way........... i used to get this when i was fooling around as a youngster.... and would spend hours merely snogging or groping....rather than having sex to completion.
however its not as bad as when you feel that one your nuts has become twisted and wont move. when it does it hurts like hell..... certainly its no laughing matter.
however i have a couple of cures:
a) wear looser pants
b) a really hot bath... to promote movement
c) demand your partner stop being such a prick-tease

It has happened to me since my teens, go for more than about 3-4 days and they do ache and yep once relieved the ache passes by, its not an excruciating pain, but just enough to let you know its there.
I suppose were all slightly different so it won't happen to us all
But saying that, if its something that has just started rather than something thats always been there then i would definitely consider going and asking the doctor for advise.

its a common condition thats nicknamed "blue balls". it just happens when a fella is teased for too long
It certainly happens to me, to the extent that they feel full (not swollen particularly, just turgid) and distictly heavier. It also started happening more often after I quit drinking, which is logical when you think about it (alcohol suppresses testosterone production in men).
Go for the safe bet. If this happens as others have said after about three or four days or after watching a good old red triangle film on channel 4, and you're happy that you have examined yourself regularly and all is ok, then just go ahead and spank your monkey and see if that helps. If not, seek medical advice - better to be safe than sorry.
It had been twisted for about 4 days before i went into hospital. After going through that i don't think i could fancy the snip. They do it while you're awake dont they? :eeek:
