Ah sheddy, i can tell your a bit of a culinary genius, Le wizzard de la cuisine"
with flair panache, style, and plenty of thought and care going into creating your dishes :D
May i be so bold as to suggest a tiny adaptation to the french classical dish you speak of?
Finish your dish off with a "suggestion" of grated chedder over the beans then "flash" the dish under the grill ( au gratain)for 1 minute, or until the melted chedder envelopes the beans creating two very different but wonderful flavours that complement one another perfectly.
This adaptation of your classic dish is called "the cheesy beano" or as those French master chefs call it, "Le harricot fromage"  wink
A true culinary master who obviously is not a stickler to the recipe book and never shy to experiment with his creations worship
Can I also apologise (a stern word was had last night) that when I posted this recipe that I actually forgot I'm no longer a single male redface sorry hun kiss

Ingredients...
1 portion of your favorite chips ..(can be oven, grilled, deep fat fried or chippy chips)
2. Cheese
3. Jalepeno Chillis
sprinkle loads cheese on the cooked chips, add chillis, chuck it under the grill till cheese has melted, add black pepper and serve...
as a serving suggestion..a small ramekin of bbq sauce or mayonaise adds that little bit extra...
Take one bearded clam.
Eat raw.
Enjoy.
Take a pork loin, cut in half, cover both pieces in cling film and beat flat into decent sized escalopes.
Dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs, shallow fry on a medium heat.
Meanwhile take 1 can Campbells condensed mushroom soup, chop 1/2lb button mushrooms. Fry mushrooms in a little butter and add to can of soup.
Heat and pour over cooked escalopes.
Serve with new potatoes and seasonal veg.
Not a bad aproximation of a Jaeger schnitzel
Cock in Van
Take one quiet location (sheltered layby works well)
Add several circling cars and a trucker.
Flash the interior light once or twice to stir interest.
Wait 30 minutes - continuing to flash the interior light as required.
Raise cock and beat rapidly for 2 minutes.
Add two lovers and turn up the heat.
