I'm doing it so I can feel confident with myself. Plus I'm fed up of having a belly.
If you're doing it to feel better in yourself then I think that's great and you should be applauded for having a goal and wanting to achieve. Pace yourself, set realistic targets and away you go! If you're doing it for any other reason (such as wanting to look like the "guy in the mag or on the catwalk") you're probably going to disappoint yourself. Good luck with it anyway. Bellies are cute - sometimes...
