OK, I admit im a spooner!
I was drinking my tea, dunking my biscuits chatting to a fem from here wink

, when Bugger me, the end fell off into my cup!
What do u do? I spooned out the very soggy biscuit, ate it then finished my tea. What class huh! :silly: :giggle:
What do you do in this crisis??? rolleyes

i cant believe that you contaminate your biscuits with tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the obvious answer is to tip the tea away.. the finnish off the packet!

Try to pretend the cuppa doesnt look like sick,then wash it away and make a fresh one coffee

Always happens when youve only just made it fresh and not actually drank any out of it yet rolleyes

Secretly hit the speed dial button on your mobile to ring your home phone number, and when the phone rings, feign sticky hands and ask your friend if she would mind getting it for you.

Spoons are for wimps!
You just use another biscuit to lift the soggy one out. My dunking biscuit of choice at this time is the Rich Tea Finger - just stays firm enough to scoop the offending item inside a five second window. Any longer than that and you're in trouble :shock:
As so aptly quoted by an esteemed member of this site... "there is no spoon" lol

I agree .. Custard creams are for splitting into two and using your tongue or teeth to scrape the cream off!

the secret is to only dunk choccy biccys, the choccy stops the dreaded drop off! trust me you can dunk for 20 seconds if you like, it wont drop
ever tried sucking the tea through a cadburys finger? now that is bliss, mmmmnnn

Tis true, i read about it in the Telegraph (honest guv i only get it for the crosword) some cambridge type student boffins did the research, probably using our hard earned tax contributions. They, published the optimum dunk times for many variety of biscuit.
By the way, 'nice' is my favorite brand, closely followed by Hob nobs

Dunking bourbons is good. Ginger crunch creams go well unless you get the one at the top of the packet with the invisible hairline fracture.
If the tea is hot you can pour it into a saucer and dunk in there - much easier to fish!

oh yes the invisible hairline fracture, Thats why they stopped making airplanes out of Garibaldi's dont you know. Stephen Hawking and I were chatting at a recent black hole anonymous benefit gig, and he mentioned when he cracks the small matter of life the universe and everything he is going to turn his attention to this very problem.

Invest in some Tim Tams, wait until your coffee is cool enough and bite off the diagonal corners then suck the drink through the biscuit
