I know what I am asking Santa to bring me for Christmas, one of these....

The WHOOSH Manâ„¢
Flapjackboy,
I recommend getting one of those lightsabers that you linked to if you can afford one and have nothing else to buy at all... (sorry I'm a bit anti-starwars at times due to one of my ex's making me suffer endless starwars talk, plus for 90quid I could go away somewhere nice!)
Anyway, I recently had the opportunity to play with one of those lightsabers and I can honestly say they are fab. The noise they make is fantastic, realistic, entertaining and they are really light and easy to manover about with, in short, great fun.
Good luck with raising the revenue to buy one.

My bestest joke??????? Well only joke....

Stormtrooper: Why Lord Vader how do you know this?
Darth Vader: I have felt his presents

Edit - I WANT the tata head big time!!!! Already got two light sabers - so much fun but sore knuckles after a sesh, ooch!

How can they justify £90 for the light sabre???? Outrageous - but they do look good...

Because it's very well made and highly detailed and a lot better than those toy ones you get at Toys 'R' Us.
Forget all the above, I'd rather have one of
Bit more wanky than I remember them though confused

The're all out of stock
I'd kill for the Vader custume and light saber. cool
Plus, I wouldn't be seen dead at a fancy dress party in one of those costumes. Looks nothing like a proper trooper, except for the helmet.
Besides, there's plenty of info on the net about how to create your own trooper armour.
Or you could be ultimately sad like I am and have both full sized, screen accurate, Darth Vader Helmet and stormtrooper helmets.

the above link goes to the site of the guy who makes the stormy helmets - he made the originals - so these are as close to originals as you can get..
I know - i used to have a life!!!!!

I've used this company a few times for Santa stuff to entertain the kids at Christmas on my postal round. All the stuff I've had is pretty good quality, and reasonably priced.

**!!**SWOON**!!
I got an old version but would love the new lights-n-everyfin version!
Anyway cough cough I am off to shop for pink bobbles rolleyes

Well we have the cheap kids lightsabres for the kids you understand... and I am saving to buy a Luke one for Aikido practice, oh I wish ;) Bokkens out.... whummm.... hehe Oh and going to local cinema on Thursday night (less kids)...
Out of interest anyone notice the new end scene on the DVD version of the original 3 movies?
I noticed the new end scene, where Anakins ghost had been changed.. Spoilt it totally..
If you watch the original special editions and the new DVD special editions, you'll also notice other subtle changes like when Luke takes of Vadars helmet.. He used to have eye brows and in the new version he doesn't. Makes sense if he'd been toasted in episode 3.
One thing that did bug me about the new films, is why haven't the fallen/killed Jedi's returned as ghosts as Obi and Yoda do in the original trilogy??... All is answered in episode 3 tomorrow.
Although I can see the attraction of a light-sabre, this outfit has brought back a lot of memories ... drool... drool....
