the 5 minute wait

Sitting here, getting frustrated at not being able to get into chat, and have got the third 'you gotta wait 5 minutes before you can at least try again' message come up!
Just wondering, what do you do in your 5 minutes?????

dont press the little red square 'X' button , use the 'take me to' and then 'log out' drop-down :thumbup:

5 minutes?? let your fingers do the walking hun and see if you can bring yourself off in the sortest time possible. My current record is 50 seconds :lol: :lol:

not one to normally complain, but yes its getting on my nerves.
Cannot log into chat and when it takes you to a blank room there is no log out optuon , so your left stranded for 5 mins.
if a certin server is down can admin not turn that one off so we dont get sent to it on log in?

here's a radical suggestion... steady now....
while waiting for the chatroom server to get its fingers out its ass, you could....possibly...spend those 5 minutes over here on the forum, contributing to threads and maybe even starting your own, about anything but the sodding chatroom being down again! rolleyes

.....see how the other half live and all that .....step out into the unchartered territory and set off on an adventure...a voyage of discovery..... wink

ok ok so I'm getting carried away, biggrin

but, making the best of what you've got and joining in some of the bantery/ positive threads cant be a bad thing, surely? unless someone re-titles this 'the 'lets go over to the forum and moan about the chatroom thread' :idea:

Well that's OK if you can! What happens to me, and btw this is how I'm spending my 5, is that the screen never comes up proper, I get halfway in and none of the buttons work. It also happens when I try to change rooms or servers, and it seems to be happening more and more, especially the last two days.
I think SH needs a bigger something-or-other, don't know what, but something.

I just right click on the chatroom screen and select PLAY a couple of times... that usually works ;-)
