The way I read it was that the 35k a year was for the daughters schools fees etc. So that leaves me confused as to why Heather is ranting about her daughter having to fly B class.......(by the way what is B class dunno I've never hear an airline call it that).
Then Heather gets 25 mill. Remembering that you can live off the interest of 1 mill, that isn't really bad going for 4 yrs of marriage. I'd put up with him for 4 yrs for 25 million :lol2: If she wants her daughter to fly business or first class then she is more than able to pay for it, why should that be taken out of the childs school fees :dunno:
To put it bluntly.....I think the woman is off her rocker and needs to take some of the advice that she is ignoring from those around her.
I just hope that Paul has enough input into his daughters life that she will grow up to be as grounded as his other children.

ok to put my twopenneth in
i agree completlly that macca should keep his child in the life she has been accustomed to and the 35 grand is justified in the respect that the man is minted rolleyes .
however why did heather need a lump sum ??whats wrong with the good old dss for heather or working in tescos for a living like the rest of the decent hard working ppl of this country ??she said in her interview she would use the money to help charities well in my opion charity begins at home but the point is she isnt helping them paul is !!! confused
i can understand ppl getting annoyed as to why she should need 35 grand a year ,however the working man who has to pay for his child would pay 35% of his wages to a child that no longer lives with him so in realative terms of money its the same just paul earns more than most
im ashamed to say it redface but im on divorce number 3  but i have never accepted a penny for any of my kids or me im an independant woman and i walked away from my marriages so it was my choice not my exes
why should they have to pay for me ???ive always thought that parents that break up should get on for the sake of the kids and i would rather they saw there kids 3 times a week or as often as possible rather than give me £50 and never see them !!!
im a firm believer that u should leave a marriage if thats your choice with everything u came with and nothing more on either side unless u have put funds equally into the marriage !
im just trying to work out what heather put in to it to walk away with that amount of money ????
maybe she got loads for doing strictly come dancing     evil
ok rant over ahhhhhhhhhh feel better now :P :P

You make good valid points. Don't ever be ashamed because you're on divorce 3, you just haven't found the right one yet, that's all. These things happen x
I saw the lady on the telly thought she was orrible.
Does Sir Paul get child tax credit? I mighta missed it but he hasnt been all ove rthe telly about the divorce as he?
Oh and i was reminded of an old joke:
A South African miner loses a leg in an accident.
He cries 'Oh no! Who's going to want a one legged gold digger now?'
To which Paul McCartney shouts 'Me!!!!'

The working man (or woman, it works both ways depending on who has residence)who has to pay for his child pays 15% of his earnings with deductions from that depending on the amount on time her sees his child (holidays, weekends etc.) This rises to 20% for 2 children upto a maximum of 25% for 3 or more children.
McCartney still comes out of it fairly favourably but then I imagine that is offset a little by the £24m he's had to pay out for a couple of years marriage !
For the type of woman Heather Mills is, read Marco Pierre White's autobiography (the part regarding the death of Princess Diana)
And do we think that she will put the 35k in a bank account for her child and not touch it dunno
(or will the courts do that anyway :dunno: )
She has walked away with over 16 million in cold hard cash and nearly 7 million is assets...
Does anyone see that the child will ever want for anything (in monetary terms anyway) :dunno:
Her bitching about the fact his child will have to travel B class is complete bollocks and shows her for what she really is IMHO..
Money aside...it`s a concern that this poor child has Heather Mills to look to as an example of how to be as she grows up!

I said last night that I hoped somewhere Paul had taped her speach outside the court so his daughter could watch it when she grew older and see for herself just what a mess it all was...
She sadi she saved £ 600,000 by dispensing with her lawyers for the final part and that could have gone to charity - well bloody well give it to charity !!
She continually makes references to her charitable work - well give it all to charity and live as you preach. What she forgets is that ther daugher will be more than cared for in Sir Paul's Will - this is not the last payout beatrice will ever get.
Now naff of out of the country

Can you just imagine her Daughter seeing that crap when she gets older? A 100 years ago she would have been locked up for being a witch ranting like that!! lol

Theoretically she can't even take her daughter out of the country on holiday without the permission of her ex-husband if he has parental responsibility.
id bang it for a take her out to meet the relatives at ikea
Brilliant! serves the fooking two faced gold digger right!!
There must have been some arrangements made for Macca to get visting rights etc.
God knows how well that is going to happen for them all. rolleyes
apparently we are going to get to see the full judgement made by the court. That should answer a few questions and highlight the representations she made as to the financial issues and the grounds for divorce.
I happen to think that , pro-rata, she did ok out of the settlement, and its hardly going to affect Maccas life having shed a few Mill her way. Is he complaining? i cant wait to hear his is a multi-millionaire and obviously doesnt spend all he has. Think of the good his "untouched" funds could do if he cared to draw it out of the bank.
id like to pose the question "If you were heather Mills ,would you have settled out of Court or would you have gone all the way to get as much as you could?" You can't blame her IMHO.
I dont think she should be castigated or abused for what she did....... she did what many other women do. only at a higher stakes level. ie. pro-rata,
her main problem is poor PR. Oh, and people are jealous of her "new found wealth".
Macca should have made her sign a "pre-nup".
i am no fan of heather mills....but surely she has simply got what she is entitled to. Now we all accept it is alot of money, but that is because Paul McCartney is worth alot. We don't see people jumping up so quick when a poor guy on a small wage, has to stump up almost half his salary to his wife, dispite she being the one that cheated on him and left with another guy !!!
The court has worked out what she is entitled to, as they would in any other case. As for always on about money...yes she is..but come on..lets also remember that all news clips and write ups are edited. Sure she talked about a few other things.. but they didn't get printed. Sir paul was the one that married her, and at that time he knew full well the consequenses of a divorce.
Once again i say..i will not knock someone, for simply getting what they are entitled to.

She may well be a greedy cow- I don't know her.
But Hero? Really? He may well be a talented musician, but I fail to see what's "heroic" about it. confused

Well am not suprised at to why Heather Mills wanted her divorce judgment to be kept secret. The judge ripped her character to shreds with his ruling.
He described Pauls evidence as " balanced, consistent, accurate and honest ". As for Mrs Mucca he said she was " a less impressive witness, explosive and volatile " . Her evidence was at times " make believe and distinctly distatasteful ". She had a plan to fleece Sir Paul but the judge saw through it.
She may be walking away with £24.3 million, but she has been exposed as having no class...something even money cannot buy!!
I suspect a lot of the judges findings are to do with the fact she represented herself...
Had she employed a smooth Lawyer her reputation would have no doubt emerged untainted..

what's that phrase??? oh that's it........
"You cant polish a turd"
I saw this on another site. It makes interesting reading.
marriage to Macca - 4 years
McDonald‚s worker - 1771 years!
It took Heather Mills 4 years of marriage to "Macca" for her to earn ; it would take the average McDonald‚s worker 1771 years to earn the same money
This week has seen the Heather Mills and Paul McCartney divorce battle end with the judge awarding £24.3 million to Ms Mills following her marriage to the Beatle star.
Based on the four-year duration of the marriage, Ms Mills was effectively Œpaid‚ more than £700 for every hour that she was married to Sir Paul.
So if Heather earns £700 an hour, and was to work the average working day of 7.5 hours, she would earn £159, a month.
That's a pretty decent wage, but how does it compare to the average wage in certain other industries? Adecco compares the monthly earnings of Heather Mills with other popular job roles:
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Mechanic: £1,
WINNER: Mills! It would take the mechanic over 7 years to earn as much as Mills did in a month.
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Teacher: £2,
WINNER: Mills! It would take a teacher almost five and a half years to earn as Mills did in a month.
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Secretary: £1,
WINNER: Mills! It would take secretary over 10.5 years to earn as much as Mills did in a month!
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Office Manager: £2,
WINNER: Mills! It would take an office manager a little under 5 years to earn as much as Mills did in a month!
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Fire-fighter: £2,
WINNER: Mills! It would take a fire fighter over 6 years to earn as Mills did in a month.
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Nurses: £1,
WINNER: Mills! It would take a nurse just under 7 years to earn as Mills did in a month.
Heather Mills: £159, vs. Chefs and caterers: £1,
WINNER: Mills! It would take a chef or caterer over 11.5 years to earn as Mills did in a month.
This case is about the modern world.
People feel the need to have status. An older man needing a younger women (how orignial, indeed).
Also, ooohh so soon after his first wife died.
Then they split; one party feeling that they had not been given enough... :!: This due to needing to continue their status or 'lifestyle'.
Heather Mills according to her own website is:
"...a leading charity campaigner".
Yet, it's not her job to fund charities her main role is to look after herself. Trying to get Sir Paul to pay for her views is in my own view not fair.
Then having the nerve to stand outside court & tell the world about the 'flying B Class instead of A Class' is amazing...
It's shows that we are living in a
new dark age, where people are just plain ignorant.
If she's into helping people I could take her to Liverpool & show her a few things that would 'mash her head in'. Seeing how some people live in my city within the 21st Century.
In the end, people need to get real, leave this 'celebrity bullshit' (tm) alone & face the real world with it's problems.
Yet am not a fan of him...going on about eating Meat being wrong.... mad
I always like John Lennon, he was better.

Wunderhorse. Peace.

having read all the posts on this i'm surprised nobody has mentioned mucca's claim to be a generous charity to the official paperwork of the divorce hearing mucca has no record of ever donating a single penny to any charity her tax records show so again this is yet another lie from the woman with no also claimed to have been nomenated for the peace prize in 1996 but again no evidence of this exists . she said that she is going to donate 80% of her divorce settlement to charity but i think we can all be sure that this disgusting excuse of a human being will not be giving a single penny to any charity.
I know a woman that grew up with Heather Mills and form what I'm lead to believe the womans always gone out of her way to get exactly what she's wanted with nothing spared.
This is a lady who claims shes going to donate to charity!!
Well charity begins at home and she should think about the people who practically brought her up whom she rarely contact's helps out etc.
So regarding her settlement from mecca and the bringing up and yearly pocket money of her child maybe she should invest in some people skills like.
Its nice to be important but more important to be NICE!! Which by all accounts this lady has never been!!
capital is its own end, both are wealthy beyond most peoples imagination, both somehow feel they have earned or deserve this wealth, until they actually contribute in some worthwhile way to society they deserve contempt.
P.S. John Lennon "working class hero" kept a seperate air conditioned apartment for his furs, kind of speaks for itself.
