The Newsreaders' contribution to Children in Need

The Newsreaders' contribution is always the highlight of what I am afraid I always feel is rather a mixed evening in terms of quality. However I do have to say one thing - My God, I could do that Fiona Bruce some damage!!! :twisted: :twisted:
I have always had a bit of a soft spot for her (well, actually - not so soft!! redface

Halfway through the sketch Sappho sent me a text, "How's your temperature?" How well she knows me :oops: rolleyes

Bloody hell Vix, I couldn't agree more. Charlotte Green does indeed have the sexiest voice on radio and it does wonderful things to me. I have to say (and I know this will sound mean) that, in my mind, she didn't look quite like that. I will need therapy now. I am not saying that she's unattractive, in fact she looks quite nice - just different from how I imagined (time to stop digging, I think :doh smile

As much as I hate to contradict you the most perfect woman on Radio 4 is the one and only Samantha... no one yet has managed to find a picture to do her justice... but we live in hope!

OOOOHHH Fiona Bruce....
I had seen the impersonation of her on a BBC2 show and wondered what all the fuss was about until last night. What fantastic legs....and body and what I wouldnt do to her you could write on the back of a postage stamp in big letters.....

Well, Yes, Fiona Bruce - very nice indeed - particularly those legs! But I only have eyes for one news presenter, I'm afraid!
She didn't appear in the children in need event, but my fave of the moment has to be Kate Silverton - I haven't a clue why, I just fancy the pants off her!

All this is very chap-oriented so let's hear it for the male newsreaders. Who wouldn't like to get down to the nitty-gritty with George Alleghia for instance? Damn me, but he is gorgeous. But I have to say if there is one news personality I could really have fun with it's Andrew Marr - seriously. He's witty, scarily intelligent and good for a laugh. Oh, the way the strobe light shone through his ears on CIN! Yes please!

What is it about travel reporters on air Kate Weston on Wave 105fm (south) her voice just melts me.....one day she had a really sore throat........ even more sexy.......They had a poll with callers to see if she could go home and be replaced........nope everyone wanted her to carry on...........
