Hi Judy,
Personally I love the pink you use and would think it a shame if you changed it smile However if anyone has trouble making the pink out from the background colour I suggest they highlight your post, this changes it to blue which may be easier for them to read without you having to change?
A triple click in the post should highlight all the text.

Yep! I dont have any bother reading it and I have an astigmatism! I havet a scobby what it means but I should wear glasses to improve it!!! Which I dont! But yeah, I can read it fine and think its a lovely colour and represents two great things!!!

I am asking how many of you have trouble reading the pink font that I use for my posts as someone is having a problem seeing my posts.
However, there is a reason behind the font colour.
I have a certain affinity with the pink coloured font as it represents two things; firstly it’s the colour in the rainbow flag that represents the bi and Trans community. Note the "Rainbow" in my avatar. This symbol is displayed on many of the businesses, bars and bistros in Manchester and elsewhere that supports the LGBT community and are bi/Gay friendly. This is now an internationally recognised symbol so if you see it displayed on the name of a business (often discretely in the corner of the name sign) or anyone wearing the rainbow pin they are bi, Trans or gay friendly. Secondly it is also the official colour of that small ribbon motif also in my avatar and is the colour used for "Breast Cancer Research" Which is one of the charities supported by some of the Manchester Transgendered community when having charity dinner nights. Again this pin is pink. your support is very much needed, so by clicking on this web site daily it helps to pay for vital equipment in the early diagnosis. Sorry, I just can’t resist a chance to plug this charity. I know that others on Swinging Heaven are also keen supporters of this charity web site.
However, the colour used for my posts is not set in stone. So I am asking if anyone else has trouble reading that font and if I get enough feedback I will gladly change and use this one. Or just revert to the normal default font. So, comments are welcomed.

 what did he write confused: wink
OK, so it is me can't see it. No surprises there, eh? However, I have tried to highlight it, and the blue/pink thing just gives me a plain grey screen. Am having terrible colour probs right now and was even unable to see the numbers in one of those spotty colour-blind tests, last week. First time ever that has happened to me.
I also agree that it is a very fitting colour for Judy and I wholeheartedly support the causes Judy promotes.
So, Judy, it looks like I'll have to hit 'quote' in order to read you, at least till (hopefrully soon) I get this bloody vision thing sorted.
cool there are none so blind as those who cannot see 8-)
I can't understand why anyone would want to use any colour other than the default one!! confused :? :? :? lol
Seriously though Judy, keep using the pink - it is so you!! wink

It's fine with me Judy, I knew there must be a reason for the colour you use, and half-guessed what the reason was. Excellent..

It's fine for me, but if I did have a comment it might be the font size takes a lot of scrolling on some of your longer post!
I find your posts VERY difficult to read Judy - colour and font size ... but hey ho it's only me and I can live with reading them a different way to everyone else. Live and let live.
PS the colour does suit you though!!
:P
Keep in the pink Judy :!:
Guess I am in the ranks of the visualy impared as well, as I have big problems with the colour sad
I have to admit to having difficulty reading them aswell.
I have got bad eyes though, and people just assume i'm stupid for not being able to read so well!
Stick with whatever colour makes you happy though biggrin

Judy,
I find the font OK, because it is in the larger size. Can't say it is my favourite colour for reading, but don't have any problems with it.
