Hmmm, now I haven't done this for a long time! Back in the 'olden days' I used to host a virtual cocktail bar on a regular basis. So, here goes:
In the fridge we have:
Gin (Bombay Sapphire)
Vodka
white wine - New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for those who like it dry and a South
Australian Riesling who prefer it not so dry. Sancerre (the best French Sauvignon Blanc as a contrast to the New Zealand). There's also some Gewurztraminer for those who might appreciate it.
Mexican beer
Lanson black label champagne (you have to have some bubbly!)
Out of the fridge we have:
Australian Shiraz
Argentinian Malbec
Bordeaux and Burgundy - I managed to find some of the '97 of both of these :cheers:
....oh and some McWilliams 2005 (just in case my old mate Tune Essence pops in!)
LBV Port (of course - and there's a decent slab of stilton to go with it)
There's also a couple of malts: Laphroaig and Glenmorangie at the moment - please feel free to suggest others.
I have cassis to mix a Kir with should anyone wish and a couple of barrels of 6X for the real ale drinkers among us.
