Hello there and eeeeee unsure of whether this is a good idea.. but i would thought that i would... spread the knowledge, so to speak.
Bit of background on me, been on this site .. a while.... a huge gap of none use... started back properly using this site approximately in September of last year, mainly with the old... irc version of the chatroom and really got to know lots of people....to date.. met up with .. oh 2 single lasses and about 8 couples... something like that. I have loads of good acquitainces too from here, including couples that "dont talk to single guys", mainly as.. i make people smile... here for a giggle as well as the obvious.
Around the middle of December I decided that i would put my programming skills to good use, and wrote a computer programme to ALWAYS keep me logged in, and AUTO-UPDATE my profiel every two minutes, even though I wasnt in front of any PC. This programme ran on my server from..... oh.. approximately 26th December until the ooooo 7th of Janurary. This caused me to be.... well... TOP of the list for Men seeking Couples, and always on the Latest updated profiles list for this duration. Before I started this, my photos had had 7 hits, to date my photo now has had a total of... wait for it... 2300!!!! I have checked today in many of the MSCs list.. and that total is about..ooooo 10 times the hit rate!
So...... what was the reason i hear you ask..... well... i will not disappoint.. here is the Truth about Photo ads.
If you go and have a nosy at my ad (please do), you will see that.... its well written... all the information is there.... i'm actually rather good looking, good tag line

had many replies telling me how well written and funny my ad is....
so... the truth..how many messages have i had...
this is non-initated contact.... those that have seen my ad and got in touch with me.

Got to know some fab people..... in the process of getting to know many more.. but... the truth is... that however well an advert is written... how ever sexy you are....its all about getting yourself out there into the wide world.... no one will see you or be interested in you if you are a shrinking violet...
So ... tip for all those guys out there......

I think you're making the mistake of thinking that all couples/singles are the same. I have certainly met people who prefer to meet others who are fairly quiet and modest and show a bit of reticence, but nevertheless like meeting other people and are friendly, chatty and easy to get on with. You sound a bit too "full-on" for some people - and have you noticed how much you write about yourself?

To be honest your post almost sounds sarcastic..... I can see how it is an improvement on most single guy ads - though it didn't float my boat (horses for courses). But then again, I read your ad AFTER reading this post. So that may have tipped the bias scales before I even looked.

I would agree that a well written ad makes a big difference, mine for instance (ad number 12345) obviousely gives all the basic information such as being incredibly handsome, with a ripped body and a schlong that could feed a family of four on a Sunday if roasted with some parsnips and still leave enough meat for a small dogs dinner. It also says in my advert (number 12345) how well mannered I am and how discretion is my watch word along with other poignant details, such as my intelligence, wit, scrupulous hygeine, quiet nature, etc, however I would never dream of useing a wafty worded post to tell everyone that I am a very very nice man or steer people to me(number 12345). I would leave that for my advert (number 12345) as it is a seperate area of the site and I'm sure that if I did, folk would see through my game.

diesase free ??? reguler tested., ok..... well i have been to a gu clinic and im telling you its not something i would ever do on a regular basis. you sit there for like 7 hours only to put your self through lots of pain.
im not saying testing isnt a good idea if you feel you have taken any risks and to put your mind at ease, but who the hell chooses to get tested regularly?????
maybe im being nieve here , but when i read that i though oh oh, someone haveing risky sex here on a regular basis.
i also think after telling us that you have been cheeting the system to stay at the top alot of guys will now think you off the mark. ( i know we all bump, refresh our adds , but you werent even doing this yourself)
i still say the best way to meet people is through the forums.

That is just dam unfair to other single guys, you should be ashamed of yourself, not everyone on here has the programming skills to cheat the system..
And apart from that, i am sure swinging heaven don't want there bandwidth getting supped up like that if a bunch of people got the same idea..would make the site slower for the rest of us.
I hope the admin team will do something to stop this in the future as quite frankly i am sure not everyone wants to see your add permanently at the top of the list every time they do a search..
You should try to start using the system in a less selfish manor and get to know people through forums and chat!
