hello all,
i dont normally start many threads, but i wanted to share something with you all if you can bare with me and not fall asleep. :sleeping:
i cant help but feel there has been alot of negativity in these forums lately abit too much in fact, i feel so sorry for the mods as they do a fantastic job here but are never going to be able to please everyone so they're not going to be popular with everyone but on the other hand they also dont get anywhere near the thanks and praise they should.
so lets give 'em a break and try and work with them so this site remains great as it is instead of making things more difficult which effects us all.
anyhow thats not what this is thread is ,
me and little miss2hot was curios about dogging and what not, but not many if any of our friends were. so we found swinging heaven and joined up into the forums.
greatest move we ever did and i couldnt imagine what we would be like now if we had'nt
you see we are abit different from our friends and the "normal" couples our age and they made sure we felt so too. now i've always been a oddball/outcast but it never bothered me before untill i met my perfect soulmate little miss2h2h who was very different too.
now to me she is the most beautiful living creature on this planet!! easy, nobody could compare to her. but like most girls hated evreything about herself which like most guys i could'nt understand (we're crap aint we boys dunno

) untill about a year or 2 into our relationship and i saw it really was effecting her badly and really making her sad,
which was breaking my heart,
she was 19 when we joined here and she's very mature for her age, but was still very unhappy with her apperance, i know your thinking all girls are at that age, which is true but most girls can do something about it, little miss could'nt well not about what was bothering her so much which was her height she's 6"4+ and was from an early age. and she absolutly despised herself cos what others would say now we all know people in this world can be very spitefull and nasty and it does effect peoples lives and you cant take back whats been said it sticks with you,i know some women would love to be her height and wonder why she could be so unhappy, but she was and mostly becos of sad,pathetic,thoughtless,arseholes.
and then along came swinging heaven and everybody was lovely here. we got accepted just for being ourselfs and got intruduced to exciting new things (dogging etc) some things was for us some things wasnt, but we had fun trying it all :twisted:
we got more comfortable with ourselfs and each other and not only that we both felt that we actually belonged somewhere instead of being the odd ones (cos we all know theres plenty others here wink

) and it restored our faith in the human kind once more. aand made littlemiss a much more sexy confident and happier young lady.
so thank you swinging heaven, you and evrybody here made two peoples life much happier, so people think before you complain about this place as its something very special too a few of us.
ok people sorry if i've bored you all, but was just wondering if swinging heaven has had any postive effect on on you like it has for us? would love to hear it.

In many ways this captures one of the genuine positive essences (sorry!) of SH.
I was just saying to my little angel the other day that it is the tolerant mindset of the people here that makes it so much fun.

Well I think its positive so I'm going to say it.
I've gained confidence, of which I had very little, if any.
It has helped Ian and I get closer by helping us to talk about stuff
SH gave me the opportunity to test out my Bi side and find out that mostlyI am straight :rascal:
Allowed us to experiment in ways we could have only dreamed about
Given us great friends, nights out, weekends away and a bloody good laugh
Oh and SH has allowed me to be myself, whatever that is dunno

Well, I come from the other end as I always was a smaller guys than my classmates and they could be very harsh (though size was one of the lesser problems I had then) and hurtful if you don't put up defences (which I had to do at around 11-12) around your feelings. Since then I am just myself and either people accept me for who I am and we are friends or they don't and I just avoid talking to them more than necessary (but keep nice when I have to, no need to antagonise them).
Anyway, while I enjoy petite women I must say that very tall women are a definite turn on, more so if the lady in question is busty and willing to hug poor little me :therethere:. biggrin

) have given me so much confidence.....
I used to get called ugly and horrible and stuff like that.......but now I have metaphorically said 'fuck off' to all those people and am moving on with my new and exciting life.....
So thank you to SH, you've been my lifeline and my social life for well over a year now.....

That's alright, it is just a preference so that I can burrow my face deep in them when hugging (as I am small and we are talking about tall women here).
And if/when I meet you I will certainly collect on that hug... with interests. ;)
On a more general note I must say that what I like about this site is that there is a lot of activity in the forums.
On other sites where I go it seems their fora have much less traffic and most goes on in mails or through chat but through mail it is harder to get to know somebody (you might not know what to talk about) and chat is generally too fast and shallow (and poorly spelled) whereas here you can read people's thoughts and their jokes and get an idea of their personality and get to like them (or not) even before meeting them and it is easier to take part in it than in a chat where you might come in in the middle of a conversation an not know what it is about.
So there, I said it, while some might think that this forum is going downhill with too many crap posts (I can't comment, I'm too new to see a difference, I just hope I am not adding too much to that tendency sad

) I think that it is a happy medium between the fast paced/shallow conversation that tends to go on in chats (the SH chat might be different but I haven't been there yet) and the slow paced, "don't know what to say cause I don't know you except I would like to fuck you cause you're hot" emails.

Seriously, most women are not happy with something or other about them, they are too fat, too slim, boobs too big/small, they are too tall/short etc etc etc.
But you are unique and a very beautiful person, you are completly different from eveyone else, you are something special!
I have always had a problem with confidence in myself and still can be a little shy in real life situations, but I have found that by chatting and meeting peole from here, my confidence has grown and I am starting to realise that in my own way I am beautiful. I might not be everyone elses idea of beautiful, but that is there problem not mine!

Anything that helps anyone .... even if it's only one person one time .... just has to be good!
SH has been good for me since I joined last year. I've met some very lovely people and formed relationships with a few very sexy lovely ladies whom I now regard as good friends.
As for my confidence....... I was reasonably confident before I joined but it's gone through the roof as a direct result of this website.

but unfortuantly girls are under alot of pressure to look like super models now a days
and its not really doing anyone any favours cos they dont realise that what you said is true till there probably in there 20's earliest.
which by then the damage could of been done ie bullima etc

oh god yes , has it had an effect on my life, those of you that have met wild rose will see the effect it has on me, this is how we met just over a year ago, SH took my life threw it up in the air got rid of all that was wrong , shook me up and landed me in the arms of the most beautiful woman in the world.

I'm new here, so maybe shouldn't comment, but I can see many positive things about joining a community like this. Even if it is to just chat occasionally, a person can learn more about their sexuality and how they feel about themselves.
As was said, women are under pressure to look like supermodels, propagated by the media. Here, you find the real attitude towards sexuality and preference and not the prescribed bullsh1t in cosmo and the like.
There's gonna be negativity on any community, as there is in the "real". It's just a question of getting past it.
I'm on this site, mainly, to post and correspond. If any friendships get made, all the better.

im a larger gent and when younger i was forever bein called names etc and it does realy hurt esp when its strangers, i find most girls dont give me a second glance but the few who do discover im a 'nice guy who cant do enough to help others and am very kind and caring' to quote one of my gf
I now have the attitude thanks to the same girl of ok whatever your loss
i have to say i dont like the 'super model' look i much prefer someone with a few imperfections it makes them more real somehow
