i dont know who you two was...and how the heck u got in
but what you two did to most of the ladys was shocking......
groping ladys and im not talking bums here...was out of order...i know 3 ladys who was scared to be on own, round you two.......
you two made single blokes look bad,,,,and i hope you both barred from this site,,,,
this probley get deleted,,,,but its got to be said sorry
I dont believe it will get deleted Kinky..
If there were people at the munch last night who were behaving in an uncivil and downright scary manner then I think everybody will want to know who they are so as they are NOT invited to another party/munch..
you'll find that single Guys will get tarred with the same brush.
and there a lot of good guys out there (heck i was one of them for long enough!!). you find at all the munches you get one that lets the side down.
I've spoken with Kinkyluton by PM but if anyone knows who those two guys were please tell one of us. Kinky said they had name badges on so surely someone knows them?
:P
we had the same problem last nite too, was dancing and we were bugged to two males that did not know that no meant no. did not get there names althou one was wearing a name badge we did not get his name. the other point about these people is that at some point last nite someone stole our name bagde and went to the afters party, but this person had known that we had a guest on our name he could onlt have known this if he had checked the list on the forum. as u might guess i'm very pisssed off about this and i wish to let everyone know that if the saw this person with name badge on it would have read midscpl it was not us. we did not attend the afters party but i do think that some of them peopole last nite was way out of order
midscpl xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I've had a couple of PMs which are suggesting that those two particular blokes were not from SH but were members of the club.
H Jags, we spoke to the staff guy who let us out and he said the two guys were members of the club, not SH, so not sure how they had badges on.

Trading badges seems to be one of the problems here??
:P
Steph its good to see that you are taking an active stance against such twats. Its people like this that ruin it for the rest of us.
I hope steph that you can keep us all informed of the outcome as it will be agood deterent for other twats on here.
Mike
How would someone get into the afters party just by stealing your name badge? Didn't people have to buy tickets to gain access?
Might be worth pointing out that there appeared to be some people with ordinary names on their badges who may just have been members of the public and picked up a badge from the table?
And the club wasn't supposed to be available to anyone else 'cos it was a private party.
Could it be that some info was given to people who were not supposedto have it??
Its such a shame theres immature arseholes like that who just ruin things for others, hope theres no-one like that at the Scottish munch especially as its my first one and probably a couple others tooa lthough I think even people with previous experiences of munches might also be put off!!
tbh if anybody tries to grope me they might end up in the hospital with their nads in traction!! No groping without my permission!!! Then if you have it you can grope all you want!!
They were sniffing about near where i was stood by the bar at end of nite....the small 1 kept touching my ass until i told him... politely of course.. "To get the fcuk off"!!!!!
I too saw them at the afters party...and i for 1 would defo recognise the smaller 1 again!!! grrrr

The major lesson learnt from this is about the security of the list - I would caution other munch organisers to be wary as this has proved that ID theft can happen easily. The next step is obviously to make sure that these individuals are sorted by the University through appropriate channels.

Hmmmm......I'd have thought that one of the major "lessons" learnt from this is would be that you can't police a munch held in a public bar open to the public. If you want to police a munch by a set list then it needs to be a private function and you need someone on the door checking people off as they come in. Munches have been quite successfully held in public bars in the past but the numbers have been smaller. There were people in there last night that I wasn't even sure I should have gone over and spoken to or not.
I also think that it's time to split whatever 'after munch parties' are planned out from the munch thread. If someone wants to plan an after munch party (or even a pre munch party) then that's entirely up to the individual but the lines between the actual munch and whatever else is being planned are becoming too blurred and people are treating them as part and parcel of the same event. They aren't.

What about the 3 white guys ?

What about the 3 white guys ?

Care to elucidate?
There were several guys in there last night that had absolutely nothing to do with Swinging Heaven at all...........they were members of the pubic having a drink in a public bar.
Come 11pm on a Saturday night when you've got normal male members of the public that have had a couple of drinks and are out for a good time confronted with several girls on a dancefloor wearing short skirts and stockings who are flashing their arses or 'dirty dancing' with each other how do you expect these guys to behave?
Methinks we need to put a few things into perspective.
Steve
Steph - I think you and Voddy did a great job and not everyone always appreciates the time and effort that goes into organising such an event. And with the best will in the world, no one can predict everything all of the time.
Steveg – no I do not wish to elaborate at all. The message was posted to make a specific person think – they will (hopefully) understand what it means and hopefully take it on board. It was not aimed at Steph or Voddy in any way.

I agree with Steveg to an extent But>>>>>>
when I first proposed the munch way way back in November - I did ask a mod (not steve ) if the proposed post was the best way to do it. Further down the line I asked another mod if I should split the activities but was told nah might as well keep it tidy and put it all in the one thread.
In principal it would be great to get places which will give us exclusive use but with the numbers attending munches increasing and Venues getting so hard to find to cope with such numbers so that they are accessible to all swingingheaven members (eg those with disability, maybe physical disability) it is very hard so some compromises are necessary at times.
As far as these two touching up anyone in the munch - no one complained to security!!!!! Therefore no action could be taken if they receive no complaints.
IN the club a complaint was made so action was taken and the individuals WERE ejected.
If someone annoys you at a Munch tell the organisers at the time - there is NO point in moaning afterwards. There are always going to be some idiots - Vodkababe will back me up here - since Essex Munch was held I had many complaints about behaviour of certain individuals who behaved not very well. I spent hours in pms with them getting assurances they would be on their best behaviour at leicester ---AND YES they were very well behaved..
In fact the Manager of the Munch Venue was very impressed by the Munchers and has offered us the venue again.

confused thats not fair steph i wasnt have a dig at you...you done a good munch..yes there was people at the people was coming in....that wasnt your fauit that was the doormen...i wasnt happy how them two blokes treated ladys....wasnt a dig at you...so lets not at me please..,,how ever you try to disguise it in diffent words...

It is a cap fitting thing and it obviously didn't fit you as it fell of your head. wink

Kinkyluton I was NOT aiming it at you it was a genuine response to a question raised - there is absolutely no point in complaining about someone groping another the following day if you do not complain on the night.
It was a generalised response not person specific.

well they was chucked out the after party so somebody must of complaned a ??
if one person gets a dodgy bloke trying it on them in a nasty way...when they get told back of thats it.....i wasnt at afterparty so i couldnt say...i was drunk last night so i thought i had done the right thing,i even had to make out i was married to one of the ladys who i had met for first time in real life, for them to get hint...they had in head if one person was cudding someone then they could join in have a feel...
but its when u hear it happend to a few..more people will come out these two,u wait and see...
Such a shame a fun night had to be blighted like this. To the two involved - you give men a bad name! Plus the fact that you were also sullying your race by acting up to some of those stereotypes that some small minded bigots would use against you.
Idiots.

What I find strange is why nobody complained at the time. I assume there would have been people there able to deal with such nuisances?
Forget the fact that this was a swingers event, even if it was a normal club, you wouldn't allow people to harass you and get away with it. The ladies harassed would have done a favor to the public in general (and not just swingers) by having them ejected.
I'm sorry I didn't see this thread yesterday but I was too hungover and ill to deal with Forum stuff.
I was one of the people that was made to feel very uncomfortable by the two guys in question. I didn't make a complaint at the time because it didn't occur to me to go rocking boats at what was essentially a great night.
All i wanted to do was ignore and avoid those people and concentrate on having a good time.
Now I know what happened to a certain lovely lady at the afters party, I'm very sorry i didn't complain sooner and I definitely will if this happens in future.
I'm sorry Steph, no one's having a go at you personally but it's a bit of a cop-out to say there's no point complaining after. Not everyone is confident and secure in themselves to whinge about unwanted attention, especially at a swinging event ... it's very wrong, but I know several ladies that may feel that they almost deserve it if they dress or act a certain way. No one should feel that way but that's life.
I'm happy that action is being taken. I think it's wise to hold future events in a purely private venue. There didn't see much point in having a "if your names not down, you're not getting in" List, when members of the public could come and go as they pleased.

I'm sorry mate but that's bollocks.
I can only speak for myself but in a normal non-swinging club or pub environment, if some guys treated me the way those two did, I wouldn't go ruuning to the security. I'd just tell them to fuck off, avoid them all night and warn my mates about them .. same as I did on saturday. But that's just me.
Men can be very intimidating. You have no idea.

If someones taking things too far then you need to take action. If men can be as intimidating as you say, then shouldn't you get somebody else involved? Especially if they have upset you enough to make this an issue. Like you say, it would have saved other women trouble too.

The fact that certain men can be very intimidating is exactly why some women will not speak to anybody about problems they encounter..
They are scared of any repercussions(sp?) that may arise from getting others involved.
