I've just logged on and found this sitting on the homepage thingy . . .

Announcement
When we took over Swinging Heaven last year we stated the following;
"All existing members will be automatically upgraded to premium membership for at least 1 year"
Many of you may be concerned that we would be charging you in December, we would like to put your minds at rest and say that we will not be charging any of you in December or for the foreseeable future thereafter.

to the 4T.
Not so much for the decision, as for making the actual announcement :thumbup:
Hopefully it will answer many questions and put a few minds at rest.

yes, i know i went for a walk over the road, but i am finding i am spending more and more time here, and really wasnt sure how things were going to go, all credit to the team for the decision, and to announce it so early

I think its great that they have come to that decision, it was something that had crossed my mind. Though if thruth be told, i was probably willing to pay as I spend so much time on here chatting and stuff.

I've got a feeling that it was 18th Nov 2005 - but 'admin' were 'active' prior to this by a couple of days - actual takeover date, you'll have to get from admin.

It is very nice that it's been announced, and that we now know, I just hope it doesn't lead to another round of 'them and us' type threads.
I've dipped my toe in over the road but there does seem to be very much more of a cliquey type feel there - maybe it's just me. I like it here and would have probably paid up if it had come to it, only the same price as a couple of nights out after all.
