Sprouts .... to this day my Mum puts them on my plate when she cooks a Sunday Roast.

I remembered something that I ABSOLUTELY refused to try when in Thailand...fried cockroaches. Having spend months chasing MONSTER ones around hotel rooms and killing them by ANY means possible...I just couldn't bring myself to eat one! The Thai womand selling them was nearly crying with laughter at the disgust on my face!!

they aren't cockroaches they're water beetles and are ok just pull the wing casing's off and the wings and they are good to go
