The diet thread at the other place is definitely a good thing, but if you're not a member there it's no much good LOL. I'd support the diet thread if it's resurrected smile

I have to lose weight in order to have IVF.
When I started i was a size 18 and 13st 4.
With the help of slimming tablets I a down to 12st 9.
It has taken me just over a month and I know for a fact that without the tablets I would have given up by now.
So good luck all of you dieting my thoughts are with you.

Well done Olive. I started at 13 st 4 as well and am currently 12 st 11, mines been helped by me throwing away the anti-depressants I was prescribed, and we looked at the diet pills but I'm saving them in case it stops falling off me LOL
