I have come to the conclusion there is only a very small number of people on this web site that are genuine and use it as it is intended. I have been a member for nearly 12 months and have always tried to be polite,genuine and honest when placing or replying to adverts. After exchanging numerous e-mails or PMs with people when it comes to the crunch to arrange to meet they either do not turn up or suddenly stop replying to your e-mails. I think they are just using SH for a joke and to wind people up and to play with there emotions. I am sorry to those that use this site properly and do not wish to offend them in anyway. There are genuine people out there , the ticket is to be cautious, and use abit of common sense . We are all wary of timewasters but with practice you can identify them easily enough . they send you a picture of someone they clearly are not , they wont give you a contact number etc . In my experience the best way is to establish contact , speak one to one either phone or a public meeting etc.. swap afew photos if you like but sometimes best to put a watermark on them so that they cant be used elsewhere . your email address will do as long as its visible . speaking of emails its best to create a new email account for youre swinging activities and not the one you normally use .
Dont arrange to meet anyone you havent seen or spoken to , and being single sometimes can be abind as the poor ladies get oodles of replies to an add and they sometimes havent the time to answer them all . Additionally you may like to visit a swingers club and meet face to face .. Well they have all worked in my experience. Just use alittle common sense and you wont be dissapointed too often .. Don't get us wrong, we have sat many hours in pubs waiting for people not to show, couples as well as singles, not even a phone call to say 'Sorry can't make it because.......' So we do understand how you feel!!
Perhaps because we are a couple or, as of lately, a threesome, we have more success, and no disrespect to you as we don't know you, a single guy will maybe have less success??
