we've only played a few times so far 
(working shifts sucks) and the first time was as nerve wracking as being a spotty teen on a first date 
but we were both open about what we were up for and that helped us relax a lot. but being nervous adds spice to it, all part of the excitement :welcome:

Hi again Star... our very first experience of swinging was in a club. We were enjoying ourselves and I turned and looked at Jay who was really having fun with a lovely lady and bang! out of the blue I had this horrible bolt of jealousy and I had to stop. We went through the same thought patterns. Our first few encounters were soft, the first very soft with just massage and a bit of touching. The sauna encounters were a little more and it was not long (only two weeks ago) we went all the way. I was a liitle shocked at seeing mrs trinymphos really going for it and it put me off my stride a little as I didn't want to be seen enjoying myself, hence I was not enjoying myself (if that makes sense)
Last weekend I had a better time and she looked over a few times - I think what we need is to join the both and mix it up a bit between ourselves and the other couple or couples. In French that is melangiste - we want melangiste we think but until you have tried it you don't know what you want.
Just remember the sex afterwards with your partner is going to be 10 x better.

All those emotions are pretty normal, including the jealousy bit, as much as you think you know what you want you really will never know if that jealousy will bite until you first see your partner with someone else. I was pretty scared of that too...but loved it the first time seeing Blue get it on next to me!
Do make sure you set boundaries you are both clear about and if one of you has a problem you agree a "safe" word so that you can stop play immediately and take stock as Mar did.
Then...deep breath...relax and enjoy!
