hi i just recieved a msn messenger buddy request from someone in montenegro claiming they are replying to my ad on another site ive never visited before, i visited the site just now and it tries to install a dialer. i couldnt see any ad on there that is supposed to be from me. im not blaming this site just urging photo ad users to be cautious.
i guess i best not mention the sites name.
im sure you better inform the mods of this........ not that i advocate being a grass...
well ive no certainty that it was something to do with sh but just advising caution and looking to see if anyone else had the same occurence.
This isnt something new. It has happened to me in the past where I had a people responding to an ad on a site they were registered on and I wasnt . I just switched email addresses again no more contacts from there. Always gonna be unscrupulous people out there.
might not be that they are stealling ads,
but another site just taking your e-mail address from here then pming you via msn pretending to be a intrested party, knowing that you would go take a look at the site and so innocents would then have a dial up installed on the pc and said site makes a fortune.
???
xx lou xxxx
report their sorry arses
thats a good point to lou, maybe its worth ticking the box in options that can block non members getting my email address. maybe this site should have a dodgy sites list for all to see. guess it would create too many waves though lol
first knickers- now dial-ups........
u just seem to encourage the wrong type.......

I get ones from "women" as well, but the 'if you want to be removed..." gives them away and I ignore them.
Might help if you never reply to the e-mails or visit the sites in the first place. Ignore them at the source.
