wave I am guest starring as your official Fatties Host this week - so if you don't like it, send your complaints to Musketeer! :kissmyarse:
To save me time and effort, I'm just pasting the results I've been sent and adding my own comments:
The first list are those doing best since we started over the three weeks, the interesting thing from the second list is that some who have done well have either put on weight or not moved in the last week. Somehow they need a lift, you'll have to offer them sex! Might help me shift a few more pounds .. I'll consider it!
pounds lost in brackets
SurreyBloke (11), steve-teesside, musketeer, Marya, lustwench (9), stupot, Mister_Discreet, glasgowllama (8), SarfLondoner, MISSCHIEF, lucyweebaps (7) cool
There were others on 6,5,4 etc.
Gone up list worship
SurreyBloke, Mister_Discreet, glasgowllama, staffy1981, Calista
Stayed the same
stupot, Marmalaid, Mrs Cov, Lil_Bunny, Celicq, Dambuster, Vix, KcKat

I think a big "WELL DONE"is in order for everyone! Great stuff, SurreyBloke - our top fat-dodger and also to Vix, who is on horrid medication that interferes with her weight-loss.
Those of you that have not lost any weight - please don't be disheartened! At least you didn't put any on, right!?
This is when it starts to get hard, I think. The novelty's worn off and although you can gain some incentive from the weight loss you've lost, you also might be at risk of relaxing a bit and that's when the pounds creep back on. :uhoh:
So, just be careful, folks, watch your portions (mine's a large one please :giggle: ), don't get too blase when things are going good and most of all, my Tip of the Week - drink gallons of water!
Just think how good you'll feel when the Leics Munch comes around and you can wear that sexy outfit instead of being poured into it. Then, by the time it's the Scottish Munch you'll be needing a smaller size!
Good luck, folks! Blummin eck, we are gonna be one slim n sexy bunch of swingers,
eh??
musketeer - cash only please!
well done to everyone.
sorry about me not taking part. i was err... putting on the wieight and not losing it.
Jiggle
I'm currently on 12 st 2 lb, which means I've lost 5 lbs this week. I should be somewhere near my target weight at the end of Feb or early March. Difficult at the moment to get exercise due to the lousy weather. Well done so far folks, particularly Vix. passionkiss
Wow well done all :bounce:
I would've lost slightly more this week, had I been able to do a big pooh before the weigh in confused
Unfortunately it came after .......... only to find that I had gained half a lb. How can you do a big pooh and gain weight mad
It's a bit too much info isn't it? :color: redface
Vix I reckon has done superbly, managing to keep her weight stable while on medication, fantastic worship
I actually think my scales are knackered  Weighed myself at home and I'd gained, weighed myself at the gym and I'd lost 2 lbs dunno
either way since christmas I've lost 4 lbs smile
Well done everyone :)
I cannot beleive I stayed the same. I did the whole putting the scales next to the sink and holding on to it until the last minute thing  I moved the scales into the kitchen  Onto the carpet  I swapped the batteries out of my rabbit - thinking the used ones would not be able to weigh so much rolleyes Peed and Pooed (the tried and tested Misschief diet) but I am still the fecking same weight.
I suppose this week I really will have to eat less and exercise more. Bugger.
Well done to all those who have continued to loose. Am well impressed.
Trapped a nerve in my back last week and as a result did no excercise at all , hence no weight loss this week .
We bought ourselves pedometers , which have proved a great incentive . Trying to do the recommended 10,000 steps a day is bloody hard work ( I reckon it equates to about 5 miles a day) . Still , we both feel better for the weight loss , and as long as no weight goes back on we can stay motivated.
OH oh oh - I've ordered a pedometer too.
They were free in Slimming Magazine. I'l be suprised if I can get it into double figures never mind 10,000 steps.
The amount of junk mail I recieve as a result of adding my name to the "people who send off for free stuff" list will also provide me with some additional weight training when I collect my post each morning from now on lol

ROFLMAO surely that'll shift a couple of pounds?? Thanks Missy!
Ive just send PM Muskeetr my weigh loss this week.
Sorry its late but had an emergency my youngest daughter was rushed into hospital and yesterday she had to have her appendix removed sad
She is on the mend now, but obvisouly been at the the hospital since then.
BUT
I have lost 8LB this week
think thats a bit of stress as well though
feel really good though as overall now I lost 9LB
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Using the pedometer has turned out to be quite novel . Records steps ,calories burned , distance travelled , and a 'nice' lady with a computerized Amercian accent talks to you !! . Scared the living daylights out of me the first time i heard her . It's also a FM radio , all for from Woolworth . Not bad value.
Anyway , i'd like to revise my 'declaration' from last week . Two visits to the oestopath have left we 60 ponds lighter . I've lost another 30 pounds this morning , and due to lose some more on Friday . There will be nothing left by the end of the week !! biggrin . Do feel a little better though smile .
Bad News about Waistlines
All my life I have considered my waistline to be the same as the trousers that fit. I suspect ladies do know their real waist size and probably measure it for clothes and such more often than men, or am I alone?
Anyway the point is that I am losing weight, and the 36" Tesco jeans ARE getting easier. Last time I went through this process I wore a very nice belt I received from my late father, so I went for the belt and it wouldn't go round. Not even close. So I measured it buckle to last hole with my wife's dressmaking yardstick and it came out at 35".
Add the gap and the truth is my waistline may fit 36", but actually it's.....wait for it.....
40".
So when that body mass index thingy said I needed to lose a few pounds it was right. And wherever I read that you're obese if your waist is larger than your chest would seem to match up. It isn't, but it might have been on Janauary 3rd.
With this I shall not live. So it's not a question for me, as it was, to get back to 34" trousers, I want to get back to 34" and it's not the same thing.
I sent my weight in late as well....sorry Musketeer.....
Anyway....I have lost two pounds this week or thereabouts....been ill and not eating properly, so that's probably why I haven't lost very much....but it'll do for me.....

Hi Tigers,
Good news she's on the mend...... smile
Let's hope she's well enough on Sat for you two to get to the munch
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
PS bollocks that should have been a PM but hey, I'll leave it here.....
I'm mildly chuffed biggrin because after a long, tiring day, when I would normally have got myself a pizza................ I haven't confused . I'm having a slimming tea (breaded haddock & Weightwatchers chips... with a bit of ketchup  ). If I wasn't on a diet, I would have been quite likely to have had a chinese business lunch today (possibly in addition to the pizza). I've done neither.............. not meaning to brag, just saying you can do it if you want to. wave
The other evening was quite odd though, as for some time until late I kept thinking I could smell a really nice pizza :!: dunno
tigersgobounce69... nice to hear your daughter is getting better.
It would be interesting to know which diets people are following.
We're doing different things in this house .... Morbius is doing this Crunchy nut cornflake thing and gym/swimming 3 times a week smile I'm not allowed to "diet" per se (anameic diabetic) but I have changed my eating habits by food combining ... ie only eating proteins with salad/veg or carbs with salad/veg and fruit for breakfast (combined with gym and swimming 3 times a week).
Also measuring inches as well as weight :)
C xx

... after a long, tiring day...

Seriously knackered now as I've just had to go & do a fairly big supermarket shop.... in order to get some fruit - I must have something to do with my hands in the evening, so fruit is the best solution rolleyes confused
