well i was having as chat with my gardener..................

well while having my back garden landscaped i being the good fella brought my mate out a cuppa and the pair of us started chatting one of the subjects that came up was the trouble that he had had digging out a pamus grass from the back corner of the garden
he claimed he was suprised to see it there on asking why he joked that only people who had pamus grass had it in there front garden and were swingers
well i nearly choked
so the question is 2 fold
1 confused

who has heard of this before :?

1. Yes - i once heard this reference on a TV prog which starred the bloke out of men behaving badly, who tried swinging with his wife who ended up being a complete slut and he hated it. It was quite amusing.

I googled "pampas grass" and "swingers" and found this post from a forum called "mumsnet":

A friend once told me that having Pampas Grass in your front garden is a secret sign to other swingers that a swinger lives in that property.

But no, I've never heard of this before either. lol
