I remember
- rushing home from school to watch "Shang a lang" the Bay City Rolers show!
- the one programme that gave me nightmares was called "Doomwatch" - there were killer, man eating rats once!!
- saturday afternoon wrestling (there used to be a grocery van that came around on a saturday and I always got a wagonwheel to watch during the wrestling)
- yep I remember "Lost in space" in black & white cos we only had a blsck & white tv!!

I remember as a kid watching the NASA rocket launches on TV and the commentator said
"Good, thats the solid fuel rocket boosters ignited"
And I thought to myself ' How cool is that and heres us with a solid fuel boiler in the kitchen, it must be a dangerous thing'
