I wanted to an architect. Then I realised that it involved 7 years of further education so opted for a career choice that only involved 4 years and then turned out doing something entirely different! That was money well spent! :lol2:
I wanted to be an ecentric weirdo artist , living in some woods being creative and different...then I realised I had to actually earn money to live and decided to come a Community Worker.....
I did for little while and then ended up working with young people as a Development and Accreditation Worker - loved every minute of it! I'm still weird though :lol2:

I always wanted to be an astronaut.
It never happened of course, but I'd still go up in the space shuttle if I were given the chance.
Wanted to be a pilot. But then I discovered they wouldn't let shortsighted people be in charge of planes full of people. So thirty-odd years later I'm still trying different careers for size - one day soon I might stick at one!
I wanted to be a copper until I saw what a bunch of football hoolgans did with 200 seats. I didn't fancy offering myself up for target practice.
Now the PCs have to be far too PC. :giggle:
