OMG, you go tme thinking - imagine the scene - you go to a fvourite dogging spot, have some fun with a nice crowd of watchers/joiners. You start to drive out of the spot and find you are trapped by rising water.
What do you do? Call the rescue bods and try to convince them you were bird watching?
Every time you get that really heavy summer rain, you know the kind when the weather is really warm and muggy, looks like there could be thunder, and all of a sudden the heavens open and you get the biggest downpour ever? the kind with really massive bouncy rain drops?
I always get the urge to get my kit off and go run about in it (a bit like that song...)
Unfortunately, Den doesn't think it's such a good idea as he doesn't want to get wet ( )
So, any takers in Scotland who'll join me?
Unfortunately we live in a flat, so the only place for it is the car park! lol

That is something I really, really want to do, but running and neked should not be in the same sentance as I would definately do myself some form of permanent damage redface
What have we been doing during all this rain? Nothing! He has a broken ankle (second time he has broken it in 2 months) confused and I have just come out of hospital and not allowed to do anything for at least 6 weeks, so daytime TV has been our saviour rolleyes and we haven't even noticed the rain.
I've spend alot of time getting very very wet. I walk a lot and refuse to us the car for school pick ups whatever the weather. So many times have I got home soaked through. I love the rain especially when it's not cold.
Today was nice and sunny, so I took the kids off to the library on the bikes, laden with heavy library books and raincoats stuffed in my rucksack (just in case assuming average rainfall we've had) and it didn't rain at all! I had shoulder ache from carrying so much but so glad I didn't have to use the coats.
I refused the let the kids play inside the rest fo the day and lay in the sun chair while they played, well it's been such a rarity i though I'd make the most (my excuse)

Sex? Swinging? In this weather? You lot are lucky - I've been mutating!
A friend and I were having lunch when I noticed her voice was starting to sound like a duck and she was becoming very unintelligible, I asked her what the problem was, she gave me a very embarrased look and said "you noticed then" she then removed her shoes and said "look at this"
I went OMG!!! there was skin growing between her toes, "what do you make of that" she asked. "That's webbed feet, that is" I ventured, it can only be down to the continual rain we're having.
Thing is, I said, I have a problem too. I'm finding it difficult to breathe when the sun shines, on those rare dry days and I have these strange marks behind my ears, "them gills them is" said my friend.
We both concluded that due to the continual rain our bodies were mutating into ducks and fish respectively.
So we agreed to spend this weekend digging a pond in the garden so we could both live happily ever after.
Fecking pondlife!! rolleyes

Mike, don't listen, its a plot, its devious, its all designed to do away with the average British male by self destruction.

Ohhh Pete's right...
Man flu... its dangerous girls. No way could you begin to understand.. and it has been kinda damp out there eh.. Risky is risky!! I did try to move the car further away, i did .. but the urge got the better of me sorry and there was a stray cloud hovering over Texas at the time... I think i would be forgiven this time eh girls?
