Yeah... ITV tossers - 4 laps to go, best scrap of the season, between Alonso and Schumacher and what do the wankers do? Put the bloody adverts on.... and the programme comes back on about 30 seconds before the end.... how fucking annoying is that - three laps of a scrap missed rolleyes   . And they wonder why not as many people watch now
Hiya Funkster! How ya been?
This weekend? Been w*rking, yesterday and just been out to buy a new dinner service, today. Not exactly riveting stuff, is it?
Roll on next weekend, though.

Yeah and then halfway 'round the victory lap - what? More flucking adverts. They should be shot!
Did the garden yesterday. Can barely move this morning .................bloody back evil
I took most of Friday off and had the time of my life - absolutely superb. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
Anyone who knows me will know that I have been shedding all weekend - cos thats all I have done for the past year - I really need to get out more. sad
Time for someone to organise another munch down south - and no I am not volunteering!

Shedding? You losing your skin? Or hair? Or both?
ugh. had an awful weekend. But I s'pose it is my comeuppance for having three good weekends in a row. Last night came home after leaving early from an absolutely horrible uni function to find three teenagers trying to break into our home thru our back door after climbing over our terrace wall...
Tonite I'm going to check out a new bar that's offering "exotic dancers." (thankfully female) Wondering what going to something like that on a sunday night after a grumpy weekend will be like??

Hmmmmmmmmm - well the hair - definately cos of the kids - the skin - ummmmm - I will leave that to your imagination! biggrin
Yesterday bed, then phonecalls late at night cos my daughter was mugged. Today losing patients and being told we'd be cut up into little bits and 'I know where you live'.
Apart from that, not a lot. confused
Actually, on reflection, I think I could use a hug, sorry.

I'll second that. Venus, Mars and your daughter.......
:therethere: kiss
Thanks smile. She's fine, received a blow to the head, and was checked out at the hospital. Four youths were arrested. They mugged her at after she refused to give them a cigarette. They are known to the police and she will be pressing charges. Hope the fuckers go down. She's just 16 FFS. mad
The patient who absconded was the same one who threatened to have his 'friends' chop us up into little bits, it was all bluff. He'll be dragged back by the police, no doubt in an even cheerier mood. Will be fun since I'm working two consecutive shifts tomorrow, alongside a patient who hasn't stopped ranting since Friday morning.
Will need to wear baggier clothes tomorrow. The new patient tried to grope me whilst I was taking his blood pressure
Since he moved whilst I was trying to take his blood pressure I had to tell him he was clinically dead
Let's hope he adds that to his list of delusions flipa

What got me the most was how James Allen managed to comment on what a great battle 'we have witnessed' without the smallest hint of irony (though granted he may not of been aware of the ad break). That must have been one of the most exciting races of the last few years and they go and do that :taz:
God I seem to be grumbling a hell of a lot today confused

Yes... I don't think James and Martin were aware that the best part of the race had been taken off the screen! They did show the last three laps after the finish, but it wasn't the same - everyone knew the outcome
Probably the best race this season will see completely ruined
Hugs for you Venus! :therethere: passionkiss Let us know how she is going.
My weekend.... hmmm, well I fell over on the work's night out after dancing round one of my colleague's kitchen to cheesy tunes while sinking far too much wine. As a result my little finger is now a bit crooked and saturday morning was spent nursing my aches! rolleyes
Went to see a good friend and had a lovely relaxing, romantic evening followed by a fab day out walking around a little village eating sweets and laughing. sillyassionkiss:
The rest ? ..........
:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :smile2: :rose:
Mostly dull and boring weekend. One of the few that I didn't get to see the love of my life so spent a fair bit of the time chatting online or on the phone to him but missed him madly.
I know why people go out every weekend - cos there's feck all on the telly.
Sunday .... well! Alex_Female and Dave_Notts popped round for coffee just after I'd finished cutting the lawn and hacking back the hideous ivy on my shed. Within a couple of hours, the pair of them had completely demolished my garden!
Half a dozen trees have lost their tops. The ivy is now just a pile of leaves and vines. The shed is completely naked! Oh, and our now-deceased guniea-pig's hutch is full of snails (thanks kids).
Gave the council a buzz but apparently they won't dispose of garden waste. why not? It's their feckin garden, i just live here!
Looks like Bonfire night may come early.
Well we had the most thoroughly exciting Saturday  We spent the day repainting our front room after the naughty men came and made big and nasty holes in it. banghead .That was followed by wanting to fall asleep by 8pm rolleyes
But then yesterday we went and got our brand spanking new wizz bang bollocks (tm Steve) is as much as 19 inches sounds great (for a monitor you dirty lot  lol )but its gonna take a bit of getting used to as its just sooooo big.I wasnt actually allowed to touch the computer til last night though as Steve was just being selfish smackbottom
So it was a busy weekend for us. but we managed a shag or three so that perked it up nicely
Faithless at the MetroRadioArena in Newcastle.
It was quite possibly the best evening of my life.

ello andy mate, nice to see you about the place. ;)
well i had the perfect end to a bloody fantastic week, and woke up this morning a very happy bunny! a sunday afternoon stroll round Haworth, lunch, then came home to play teachers! biggrin ((( i'll leave that to your imagination, but you'd be wrong, wrong, wrong! :lol2: )))
n x x x ;)
Erm ... excellent weekend ... not so nice side effects though
mini munch on saturday, great company, long sleep yesterday, tired on sat night and apparently o/d'd on redbull and proplus, giving me heart palps and the shakes and a lovely "episode" evil (feeling fine yesterday evening though)
Morb went to fetch the kids from the sitters and the clutch cable on the car snapped so now need to fetch car from garage other end of town!
Got a moving date of next saturday so now busy loading boxes and wrapping ornaments ~ Building Surveyor has been out today and totally got mine and Pete's humour (hooray somone in the council who has one) and has assured us of the work and 4 week schedule smile

I agree, bring back Murry for a start... "...and there goes Michael Schumacher..." classic words...
Not sure what ITV are playing at with these adverts, this was one of best races', especially the somewhat close ending between those two...
Grrr to ITV!
ps. Shame Button's plan's didn't live up to the hype sad
