Pete, why don't you use capitalisation and correct spelling/grammar? I guess there's a reason but unless you share what it is, no-one can even try to help you.
How will a woman know if it's a good ad before she views it? Catch-22! (Unless you have a short ad that fits into the three line summary on the listing screen, I guess. But in which case, why click on it?)
FWIW, I've got two ads, one under "men-seeking-women" and the other under "men-seeking-couples". The former has 724 views, but the latter has knocked up 1059, despite it currently being a joke about pirates. It's quite a while since somebody actually contacted me via my ads (not entirely a surprise!), so presumably when they looked I wasn't quite what those folks were after.
Perhaps they expected me to wear an eyepatch and perform acts of sexual congress with my parrot.

I think poor old Swingingpete has been picked on a bit unfairly in the past. OTOH, in his last post he wrote 2 lines and I counted 7 typos, not including the lack of capitalisation. I'm starting to wonder if he's just doing it to get attention.
