Found the following article about the inside of people's cars.
When quizzed about the most peculiar items drivers had found in their car, a whole host of unusual and downright unpleasant objects were revealed, including:
Top 5 - insects, animals and excrement
- Mice (dead and alive)
- Dog poo
- The neighbour's cat
- Body parts from a dead seagull which a dog had smuggled in
- Maggots for fishing that were forgotten about and didn't die, but reproduced and grew
Top 5 - food
- A joint of beef in the boot, which had fallen out of shopping bags weeks ago
- A 3 year old, green sandwich
- A baby's bottle under a seat, which had been there for at least 6 months
- A very old chicken nugget, found lodged under a childs car seat
- A Cadburys Wispa, which had been left long before the re-launch
Top 5 - miscellaneous
- A pair of knickers belonging to a husbands ex girlfriend
- A used condom in a just-bought second-hand car
- Childs vomit in a door pocket, which had gone unnoticed for days
- The results of a toddler picking his nose
- Mushrooms growing in the floor
So what have you found in yours?
Mine is very clean except for the abundance of CDs cluttering up the glove box and door pockets. But there is still an England flag in the boot from the last World Cup and a box of slug pellets!!

What''s the inside of your car like?
Have just cleaned mine out, had half a hay bale in there ... picked up to feed Shelly's pet rabbits ! Anyone got a new hoover to replace the one i used to clean it out ? 
Usually have ... 4 weeks supply of football programmes that i have't got round to taking out, petrol receipts and the obligatory sausage roll crumbs.

Door pockets full of CDs.
Glove box - sunglasses, mints, pencil case with lots of 'you never know when you'll need a...' items.
Boot - spare bulbs, something to inflate the tyres with, scraper for ice, loads of paper that I have to take to the recycling bank.
All very tidy though.

mine is quite clean for a change just a few car park tickets and a few sausage roll crumbs. sadly that will change after next friday and it will become a bomb site roll on school holidays not :twisted:

:smug: mine is all clean and tidy, because I have just cleaned it, inside and outside!!
My camper - fridge, sink, portaloo, various camping equipment, teddies (my daughters) loads of VW mags and cd's scattered around, cupboard full of tinned and packet foods, I would say its quite tidy at the mo
My car on the other hand is a different story, unopened mail, loads of letters from work, macdonalds happy meal wrappers and drink on the floor + toy, cd cases and cd's all over the seats and floor erm and some uneaten chips found under the seat, hairbands, grips, a heater for my camper and thats about it, oh 2 pairs of sunglasses if I can find them!! And no I havent cleaned it, nor do I intend too lol
Any offers to come and clean it for me??

it is tidish and clean in the front, obligatory pile on parking charge kept in a pocket under the steering wheel along with wet wipes, biro's and a notepad shoved in the drivers & passangers side pockets tho.
the rear seats are nice and clean, however the rear seat footwells are another matter and seem to be used as a dumping ground by me. it is like the black hole of calcutta sometimes with stuff ranging from work stuff, map books, tools to empty drink bottles.
boot is generally kept clean and tidy with just my break down stuff in there.

CD's, Kitchen roll and window cleaning stuff, Orbit,Tissues, make-up, change of clothes, hairbrush,pushchair, babyseat,toys,nappies and wetwipes,bottled water,toaster, iron, george foreman grill,cutlery(Im moving)
Boot.... Engine oil, water, blanket, torch,some old brake fluid, them things for charging flat battery,spare tyre and jack
And a partrige in a pear tree
