What's with the O

I am sure this topic has been covered elsewhere (as most topics have by now) but I cannot cease to be amazed by the number of men who write and declare proudly that they are experts at giving O to completion or that they like to spend lots and lots of time giving O to a woman. Why is this?
I have never found O to be something extraordinary, never actively sought it (unless in retaliation for a pushy boyfriend demanding his O rights) and never felt too excited by it.
So I am wondering is what these men write something they think women liketo hear (therefore say it to get on their good books), or is it something they really enjoy doing because it gives THEM pleasure, or what?
How refreshing it would be if men were to write more general stuff about themselves so you would get to know them as a personality first! Also it would be good if they would demonstrate that they are open to learning about pleasing each woman in the way that sheenjoys and not the way their other women enjoyed in the past.
Women... Men... what is your take on the subject?

Oral sex to a WOMAN can you actually do that, more over why would you want to? what do us men get out of it? lol

On a serious note i think i agree with the origional post in that mostly in adds its what people think others want to hear to show they are not selfish and will consider the needs of others (whether that be the case in the actuality who knows?).
Im surprised that you dont think oral is that great also Tania, im not sure whether im great at it or not but it seems my tongue is very much in demand with miss srne and thus far have had some good reports from other women we have met, i am a bit of a perfectionist tho and as such like to do a thorough job which seems to have been appreciated up to now!

To be truthful I reckon a lot of guys do include it as they think it's just another tick in the box for women.

Jay was the first man to ever succeed with me and the oral O department, now I cannot get enough and it comes (pardon the pun!) easily. The secret for me wasn't about the lack of the guys' skills but more I couldn't relax properly thinking it wouldn't work.

absolutely agree with that statement
though TBH we would never meet a man who who refused to even try it - and we have met just one braggart who was a self-proffessed O expert (and others who didnt brag but certainly were experts), and what a disappointment he turned out to be. He might as well have been licking the mattress!
From a womans point of view I must say that O brings me great joy and many climaxes, but only as a prelude to the main action, so to speak. And thankfully Laff really is very good indeed at O (the use of O in foreplay is a great turn on for both of us).
Tania, its not for us to comment on wether or not you should or shouldn't enjoy O - we firmly believe that old adage - each to their own!
So, if you like it, do more.
And if you dont, then do what you do like even more.

totally agree with you maaquerade, i like receiving oral but its not the main event for me, and in fact would have to be in combination with some sort of finger/toy action at the same time to make me go WOW. giving oral on the other hand, yep, i like that alot smile

I like to give oral when the mood suits cus in all honesty it turns me on. Why does it turn me on? cus I like seeing woman turned on so if the woman gets really excited by it its one of the few times I can be on the verge without any manual stimulation downstairs. I think the reason is that it is probably because you are in a fairly small minority with your lack of appreciation of oral sex. The vast majority of people I know and have known really enjoy it.
I therefore see no reason why guys or gals shouldn't put it in their adverts. They are advertising after all.
If they want to demonstrate their personalities I would've thought they'd come onto the forum and do that.
The only other thing I'll add is that I think 69 is overrated - far better to concentrate on either giving or receiving in my view.
But as Jags says - each to their own.
